Breakfast was good. But the room smelled like smoke when you walked in.

The staff was extremely friendly. When I asked about restaurants, they gave me a written list. They also gave me a room that accommodated my elderly guest so that she didn't have to walk so far.

The hotel entrance had been damaged by water and another route through the hotel was created to get to the front desk. When entering the banquet room door on that route, the first impression was not good at all. The carpet was filthy and the interior looked shady. I almost changed my mind but the staff was so friendly. The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. Hard mattress. The sidewalks were broken. This was an odd shaped hotel.

The bed was great!! Needs to get renovated though, Broken things and dirty couch and floors , run down.

The rooms, parking was roped off, we thought they we closed. Bad hallways, curtains, showers walls, carpet. I loved the bed and the water in the shower. Breakfast was good, nice room.

Down to earth people and the privacy

the heat didn’t work. the hot water didn’t work for the jacuzzi tub. that’s the whole reason I booked the room and my request was denied to move to another room because they didn’t want to give me money back.

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was always clean.

the pool was nice lobby clean.

there were no bulbs in half the lights in the room. the ptac made crackling noises all night like it was going to catch fire.

the staff was so helpful with getting a room that had better access for me while on crutches.

From check-in (with the exception of not having connecting rooms or even close) to our stay - the room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the shower was perfect water pressure and settings. It isn't often we travel and stay overnight - Thank you for a positive experience. Staff was excellent!

I have never seen such little square pillows. Would have preferred regular sized pillows.

The building was in disrepair

Rooms and building have had some renovation and it is obvious more is ongoing. rooms still need some attention especially carpeting but very useable and since we were only overnight it met our needs.

Booked a king bed but had two full size beds, it was late and we were tired so did not bother going to the desk to change but would be nice if we got what we booked.
