The distance from where I am working is perfect.

The doors slamming all night long. The smell of weed/Cig. smoke the entire night. Bathroom curtain rod was busted so the shower curtain would not stay closed.

The breakfast was good, the bed was comfy, and I love the choice of pillows. The manager even informed the staff we were traveling with our fur baby, which happens about 25% of the time!

There was no real green area for our baby. We were able to find a skinny strip of grass at the front of the building. The rest is all bigger rocks that are difficult for our old girl.

I was traveling and roads got bad so I stopped here to sleep for a while. When I called, I told the front desk I needed a pet friendly room. When I arrive they placed me into a room. About 2 hours after we got settled and fell asleep, someone from the front desk was pounding on the door. When I answered she was extremely aggressive saying we are not in a pet friendly room and we snuck in the dog and would have to pay some big fine. I explained that I did tell them, and the lady said I have to pack up my stuff and move rooms. At that point my 3 year old was wide awake and there was no point in trying to go back to sleep so we checked out and left. Spent a lot for 2 hours of sleep. I called the complaint line for choice hotels and told them what happened, they said they would email the hotel, but there is nothing they can do because the locations are independently owned. It’s been a week and I never heard back. Will not stay at a comfort inn or choice hotel again.

The location was great

Blankets on bed had something brown on them.

She upgraded us to a suite free of charge because they didn't have any single king rooms available. It was comfortable, quiet and clean. Just what we needed for passing through.

Breakfast options couldve been better. Fridge wasn't working so didnt trust what was inside.
