I submitted a request for cancellation which was granted but still have a pending charge. We went to the hotel and checked in. It took a bit to unload and when we entered the room it was awful. There were flies everywhere, the sheets had stains and hair on them, mold around the toilet, a huge stain in the bath tub, no toilet paper, everything in the room felt damp, the ceiling and carpet were stained. I approached the front desk and told employee we were not staying there due to room conditions and she told us to contact you since I booked through a third party and you would handle it. So that’s what I did and have yet to hear anything but still have the pending charge and we were there 30 minutes only.

Absolutely nothing!

It was iffy just from the parking lot! Inside the pool area was dark and creepy, the workout area had a sign saying it wasn’t available. The room was DISGUSTING! My kids were afraid to take their shoes off the carpet was so gross! It smelt so bad that we were looking to see if the cleaners missed a poppy diaper! The bathroom fan was caked with dust! The sheets and blankets were filthy! We left (we stayed about 10mins trying to suck it up, but we couldn’t handle how horrible it was) as they said they had no other rooms available. We asked for a refund and have been denied! I wish I would’ve taken pictures!!!! The photos on the listing are so deceiving!

Staff was very nice.

God, where do I start? Trash, including an empty can of energy drink, no elevator to the 2nd floor where we were placed. Toilet was all of 18 inches tall. Shower head cover that attaches it to the wall was off and dangling. Little black dots all over the bed sheets (stained I think) that tells me the black has bedbugs. Last straw was there was NO smoke/fire alarm in our room. (We could become trapped on the 2nd floor if there was a fire). Honestly, the sketchy people hanging around put me on edge as well. Petty, but the tv was smaller than a modern computer monitor. It was so bad we didn't stay. I have NEVER done that.

The staff was very friendly and the bed was very comfortable. The mattress was firm and soft. The pool was wonderful and warm enough for swimming.

The fitness center was closed, and there was nothing online about this. Several of the linens had stains, they had been washed but has old makeup stains and such. The bath tub had some grime in the grout.

The wheelchair accessible room was a joke, too small!! The room was a dump, both in appearance and cleanliness.

we were here about a month ago and you could see they were working to improve the facilities. Fresh paint, brighter lighting, etc.

The breakfast was delicious. Good variety. Clean dinning hall.

Room seemed to be run downed. Bathroom wall at bottom was rotted. Pool was SMALL! Photos are deceiving of the pool size. *** People on my floor,1st, were noisy till after 11pm !

Manger (male) was rude to my great grandson’s dad!!! Said keep (“her”) quiet or you’ll have to leave!!! The dad replied by to the manager “she is a boy!!! And he’s excited to be there to go swimming…..😡

The facility was close to freeway. The handicap room was easily accessible to everything.

We stayed for two days ,after first day the room was not cleaned and no clean towels.

Was the most economically priced hotel in area. Pleased with breakfast. Bed comfy. Personnel very nice. Appreciated amount of coffee pods, microwave, and refrigerator. Appreciated first floor room as am an older person and there is no elevator.

Stools in bathroom very low. Difficult to rise from. Toilet paper holder partially behind door if door left open. Hole in bathroom wall from something be moved. Another part in the bathroom, drywall pulling away in a corner. Room refresh for 2 day stay would have been appreciated, but understand it is now common practice not to do so.

The room itself is what I expected. The beds your were able to sleep in without any issues.

The bathroom hmmm is about the nicest I can say about them. Very dark.the light took a long time to warm up. It was definitely either built for short people or they were worried about weight. Very old style hotel but they try with what they got.

Staff tried to be helpful but only so much they can do to fix all problems.

Heat did not work at all..Niggt managertried to help but beyond their capabilties,but they were friendly. The motel needs a need to be updated with a good cleaning These

Staf is always friendly. We love the separate bedroom from the kids. Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are luxurious. We had a kitchen with dining room table we could use and barstools along the island. There is an electric fireplace and the jet tub was amazing. Just need grips at the bottom of the tub

We were missing towels and washcloths. The stairs and hall needed vacuumed. No elevator!

I like the location and how it was close to where my work conference was. Staff were so friendly, breakfast was so good, beds and pillows were so comfy, my room was right down the hall so no lugging around my bags after driving almost 6 hours. It was perfect for me and what I needed and way better than the one I normally stay at and this one was a fraction of the price. I'll definitely be staying here again.
