The bathroom vinyl plank flooring was warped and lifting up making it uncomfortable to walk on. It also looked dirty I can't imagine how the staff could possibly get it clean in the condition it is in.we also struggled with the curtains. They didn't fit the windows properly and there was a bright light across the street shining straight at us. It was very hard to get to sleep. The best item's at breakfast was the juice and toast

The air conditioning in the rooms is very powerful and amazing. The common areas are very nice. The pool is quaint and clean.

Unfortunately I feel like this location might need a little bit more training for their housekeeping staff. Upon checking in and checking the room, it was unfortunately not up to the cleanliness standards that I expect from this hotel chain. There was a rotten apple underneath one of the beds, there was garbage underneath the pull out couch, there were no sheets on the pull out couch just a bare dirty mattress. The couch and chairs were extremely uncomfortable and outdated. One of the door handles was broken along with the door itself being hard to open and close. And there was dust in areas making it obvious that those areas had not been touched between guests. We had three TVs in our suite and only one remote.

Breakfast was good.

-I personally had to make the bed for the pull out. -phone in room ti service desk didn’t work so I had to go to front desk each time there was a concern. -room key stopped working, had to get it reconnected.

Loved the location. The breakfast bar was amazing and staff was very friendly.

The flooring inside the entire hotel was poorly kept. The hallway carpet and laminate in our room were coming up. It looked horrible and was also a safety hazard. Our room had a terrible smell to it, I can’t even describe it. The pull out couch was the absolute WORST bed I’ve ever slept on I would not recommend it to anyone

The Suit was nice. Breakfast was good.

this is the SECOND time we’ve stayed here and the pool was closed. When we pay this amount to stay the night with kids and to NOT have the pool to work. sure we walked across the street to Holiday Inn Express to swim. inconvenience.
