Thank God for Sydney. Sydney was cordial. Sydney was very helpful to me. My GPS wasn't working properly, and she drew me a map on Friday afternoon. PLUS, I had to call her at the Inn to guide me back to the Inn. Then, on Saturday, she printed out the directions to Fairfield Plantation Resort. She was patient and a sweetheart. You have a Jewel on your team. Phil was pleasant when I called to confirm the reservations.

The room smelled like dirty feet. I ask for some Air Freshner. It probably came from having wet Carpet from prior guests or stormy weather.

I loved how clean and comfortable it was super friendly management . The breakfast was right on. We are definitely coming back.

Friendly staff and the location is perfect everything is close by.

the lady that was at the front desk one of the nights was awful. she was extremely rude and we will not be back. if you are gonna have a bad attitude you shouldn’t be working dealing with people all day.

Location was good. Room seemed clean except it smelled like cigarettes.

Had to change rooms because 1st one smelled bad from smoking. The 2nd room also had a smokey smell, just not as bad. Paid a deposit and agreed that if smoking took place in would be charged, yet the room already smelled like smoke.

I arrived at hotel early and rooms were available but couldn’t check in early.

They lost my reservation and even with a confirmation number did not show any remorse, only saying, "Oh well."
