Booked this hotel and was costly compared to others just for heated pool for grandchildren the pool was freezing couldn't use asked front desk was told its NOT heated just room it in and it was in the 30s outside breakfast was a waste out of 4 days got to eat 1 day breakfast food was not stocked and attention to refilling eggs poor will not pay price to stay there again the motel across road is much better

I liked the friendly staff and it was close to restaurants and shopping.

The room itself was clean but I noticed the shower mat was dark brown so I poured some bleach in the shower for a while and it cleaned some of the dirt off the tub mat but it was still discolored.i showered and the mat was lighter from where I was scrubbing my feet on the mat which kinda disgusted me.

Hotel was clean. The room we stayed in was large in size and very spacious.

While eating breakfast downstairs I felt like the worker in the breakfast area was watching my every move. He just stood at the door and stared at me like I was stealing food or something. He didn't greet me or anything. I felt very uncomfortable. I didn't feel welcome.

There were roaches in the lobby at check in and also in our room on the bathroom and near the bed

there was serval water bugs in my room and house roaches and the manager at the property said he can’t control what people bring from their house and did not want to give my a partial refund!

The bed was comfortable.

The WiFi was terrible. Service kept cutting out. I could not do my work. The TV did not work at all. The desk lady was unpleasant.

The lady at the front desk was very nice.

The overall cleanliness of the room and the hotel. The bathe tub had stains in it. The bathe room had dirt on the floor in the bathroom near the tub. The room smelled like smoke. The pool area needs to sweep and mop. The elevator floor is nasty. The room I had concerns of the cleanliness of the hotel.
