Easy access off of I75 as we were traveling from Florida to Ohio and Cleveland, TN is a nice half way point.

The bathroom is very tight, door barely passes toilet.

I love the shampoo, hair lotion, body wash bottles nice size and extremely convenient for travelers . Room cleanness pillows middle firm not terrible soft from other hotels that I had traveled before. Room curtains was amazing I could make it light room or dark us I need. Love the wipes disinfectant all over the place.

I like everything I just would recommend to improve toilet paper quality a little bit the one you offered is terrible to clean with. I also recommend to find some bathroom doors holder installed when guests need to keep the bathroom door open still it doesn’t stop opening,

No breakfast included.

Well … the breakfast … there was none. When we checked in, the host said nothing about breakfast so I asked. He was very cagey - he said ‘oh, well, um, yes, your room rate does include a breakfast, so… “ He gave me the hours. We went down at 8:30 am and were told there were kitchen facility problems and no breakfast. There were some muffins and granola bars, I guess. We asked for coffee and tea and were given that, but my friend was told she could only have a latte if she paid for it. The staff person found us a couple of tea bags and seemed very confused that we wanted something other than coffee. Now really … we were told we would have breakfast and then didn’t so wouldn’t you think we could have ANY beverage free of charge?? We weren’t asking for much.

There were also no hot cups in the room. We were told there was a “supply problem.” But the staff person down by the kitchen in the morning had plenty of hot cups. So it seemed to me like a cost-saving thing. Oh, there were plenty of LIDS in the room to the non-existent hot cups. It was all pretty funny, really - no breakfast, no hot drinks for you. Also, we reported very sticky doors. In fact, my friend in the next room over could literally not open her door. My husband forced it open each time she needed to get in.

The location was good for where we needed to be. It was right off the highway and close enough to our final destination. The attendant on duty when we checked in was very pleasant. There was a pool and gym area though we did not have time to use them.

The bathrooms were not very clean and the rooms were dusty. The elevator was broken, there was no signage indicating same, We had to take the stairs while wearing a knee brace due to a MCL sprain injury at the end of an exhausting day. Prior to going to our room, we had stopped at the front desk and nothing was mentioned abut the broken elevator until we asked. There was no complimentary breakfast.

The shade in the room would not go up or down. There was a musky odor in the room. TV had very few channels to watch with no options for anything else.

Hotel was really good in terms of facilities, staff and cleanliness. Only bit to improve: Breakfast itself was good. I would have liked some explanation on what I could earn. It's not a "choose yourself" breakfast but you order from a menu.
