I loved the huge, private, inground pool at the facility
I didn't like that all the the rooms were nonsmoking, absolutely no smoking rooms at all.

Very good hot water it was clean and very nicely layed out.
The room's right next to the interstate so all night you hear traffic.The bed was so hard.Broken shower head water was going everywhere.And they made me pay a $100 cash deposit when I checked it that I didn't even know about get it was in the small print

Very good, have stayed at higher priced properties that did not provide a breakfast as nice as this property.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it was the cleanest room I've had anywhere in a long time and was extremely comfortable,no noise or disturbances which made my stay amazing I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone going to Cleveland to book a stay here !
Only complaint i have is my TV remote had no batteries

The breakfast was fine but it would have been nice to have fresh fruit available.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and the bed was very comfortable!
The bathroom was in need of repairs! The shower drain was so slow you took a shower/bath. The toilet ran unless you pushed the handle up.

Location
I stayed 3 nights. Sunday was my last day when I came back to the hotel my room wasn’t cleaned. Called down to the desk and told them that the room was t cleaned Sunday I didn’t have any soap, shampoo, etc.. you would think when I checked out some kind of adjustment would have been Offered.
