Did not eat their Breakfast. Tried waffle house but extremely busy.

I do not like the $100.00 charge on Credit card? Refunded later. The door was very hard to open. Had hole in ceiling. Remote control didn't work. Pretty clean room. But Very old looking.

Front desk folks were great an very helpful. Room was cleaned well.

there's was a 100 security deposit plus the room rate, for one night I think that too much money. there was only one car in the parking lot as well, the managers car. I didn't enjoy it there.

It was a bit far from where I needed to work but that was because of the timing of 4th weekend. The staff was mostly helpful and cheerful. The cleaning staff was excellent!!

The carpet was torn. The furniture was substandard and had holes in it. There was NO COLD WATER. They only had hot and hot.

Hotel is under renovation. Price should be much less as the older rooms smell, we had no coffee, one bar of soap. Just wasn't that comfortable. Will probably be better once renovation is done. Would not stay there until then.

Sink very slow to drain. Toilet needs fastened down better.No sign saying Roadway Inn we had to ask where it was we went past it.

the fact that I was charged multiple times for my room. watch your statements. the first time was during my check in the gentleman asked to run the card again I showed him on my phone it processed then later I see the second charge which was removed as I was taking with fraud services with my card then the day of my check out I have a complete paid transaction to them and there another second pending transaction for the total amount again. I called my card which is now investigating it of course which takes up to 90 days . staff was not helpful or concerned I was told sometimes it just looks that way hmmmmmmm no I am pretty sure one complete transaction that you already have money for and one pending transaction that had already frozen 200 from your account that is not available is more than just appearing that way. I am a travel nurse I stay in hotels several nights a week . this is just bad business folks !

I have asked for refund and have been communication with you since Saturday with no results.

The clerk on duty tried to be helpful. The condition of the property was not his fault.

The pictures are a complete misrepresentation of the property. The outside is covered in dirt and mildew. The room had roaches, and we couldn’t ever get the television to work. Not sure if it was the remote or the television itself. We told the clerk of our displeasure and desire to leave after a short period of time. He was kind enough to offer us a full refund, so we checked out and left.

No breakfast available. Room was warm, heating wise. Price was great.

No breakfast. Facility was worn. Very poor television reception if any. Bathroom was old. Lobby was a mess. Toilet water ran on n off all night. The experience did not live up to its Howard Johnson name.

The TV did not pic up all channels and the heat unit thermostat must have been bad because it was either hot or cool in the room and they advertised breakfast and there wasnt that or at least coffee and that was one reason I chose it.

Seemed dirty, not clean, doors to rooms open to outside, location convenient off interstate but didn’t appear to be best part of town.
