Nothing.

Everything. For starters the desk agent was hiding around a corner peeking at me like a pervert. So I got there at 11:30pm it was freezing and yet the desk staff would not let me in. I was made to stand outside and pass him my drivers license and signed paperwork to him through a tiny opening in a window. I got to the room and it was freezing and so dirty I didn’t even want to brush my teeth at the filthy counter, I pulled up the blankets and sheets to check for Bug’s and found the mattress cover was covered in pubic hair. I tried to call the office but they wouldn’t answer. I had to sleep in my car. I’m trying to get a refund but they are refusing

The room was clean and bed comfortable.

Location was not easy to get to. There was only one bath towel, no bath mat, the hand towel was stained. The check in clerk did not provide a receipt or check out details. I was charged more than what I booked the room for.

The room for the price far exceeded motel 6 for less price.

No fridge, micorwave or a way to make tea in the morning, but due to the price, I didn’t expect much.

Fast check in, easy access

Noisy tenant was up all night talking loudly until after 6am!

I booked for a guest traveling on a track to visit me. Tyler had lost his wallet with his ID. Tyler walked 4 miles to get to the hotel and the hotel receptionist would not give him the room I paid for and he walked back another 4 miles at night to the train station. I was not notified by the hotel and this young person had no place to stay that night other than sitting in the train station! It was a horrible situation. I called the hotel and asked for my money back and they said they would issue it to me that day in which they did not do.

I HAD TO GO BACK TO OFFICE FOR SECOND DAY KEY, INTERNET WAS TERRIBLE IN TIME TO GET AND TIME TO STAY. IT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK.

the rooms wasn’t even clean, dirty rag on the door, sheet was dirty as well as the pillow, there was hair on the floor, the toilet was not clean, the heater was in the wall, it was a crack hotel lot lizzard inn

they let me check in an hour early for 10bucks 😅

TINY ROOM [not pictured] No ice machine on property no coffee machine, no working heaters. loudest fridge that trips breaker multiple times an hour, no safe lock box; with unsettling people going in/out all night. thin walls; list goes on. have stayed @ multiple hotels/motels on 6th and this is by far the worst conditions I've stayed. was happy to wake up to my car not being broke into.

The bed was uncomfortable

It was inexpensive and easy to get to. Place was full for the mid week.

Stairs, scared the hell out of me!

The room was clean and very big

I am not sure, if I say a cockroach in the bathroom but saw a bug run away when the lights came on

not very clean had a roach or something crawling we had to kill 😩
