A nice, clean room with comfortable beds. A separate place to write on ( a table and chair). Good breakfast.

Awkward placement of the bathroom in the room. At night, there is no good way to go to the bathroom without switching on the lights that would wake up others. And the bathroom is right opposite where people are sleeping.

There should be restaurant inside the premises. If Bar also then it is best. By the way good experience. Will definitely visit the same place again.

I really appreciated the hotel shuttle bus and the proximity from the airport. The room was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. After a long day of travelling it was just what I needed.

La atención de servicio al cliente es pésima, para el precio por noche del hotel tenía muy baja calidad, el restaurante parece más una fonda que un restaurante de hotel de casi 250 la noche, en definitiva no sé cómo lo tienen en la plataforma. La habitación en booking decía que tenía una cama grande y un sofá cama, en efecto lo tenía pero cuando se le dijo que armarán el sofá cama la respuesta fue que no tenían personal para hacerlo

Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, für eine Zwischenübernachtung - sind sehr früh weitergeflogen, so dass wir das Frühstück nicht nutzen konnten. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistung entspricht nicht dem deutschen Standard. Zum Flughafen gab es einen kostenlosen Shuttle.

Die Zimmer, die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind. Rund um das Hotel gibt es wenig Infrastruktur.

The hotel is quite close to an attractive park and residential area. You would hardly know the airport is just around the corner.

This is not really a criticism, but if we had known about the free hourly shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, we would have saved one taxi fare.

I did not like that when I called to verify my room and amenities days prior to arrival, the staff was very unpleasant and rude. I called the front desk to ensure what I purchased was set and ready to go. I purchased my room from Booking.com for the first time and was traveling 14 hours. The first concierge I spoke with seemed annoyed that I asked general questions and hang up on me. When I called back to get his name, the manager (Joseph Frederick) answered and stated he was not the person who I had just spoken with. I informed him that I was inquiring about my reservations and a staff member hung up on me. Instead of him trying to inquire about the employee or the situation, he immediately shared that he has guest in front of him. I felt like my concerns or questions were not of importance to him at the moment. He then asked what is it that I wanted, I went on to ask if he could confirm the size and number of beds for the room. He misinterpreted what I asked and shared he could not give me the room number; "Whatever you booked, is what you will get!" in a very unpleasant tone. I then asked for his name and shared that I have never experienced a staff so unprofessional with bad attitudes. I intentionally meant to cancel the reservation and go with another hotel, but I would have lost my payment. In addition, my family and I did not like the breakfast. Many items were barely warm and seemed to have come maybe prepackaged. A couple items did not taste fully cooked and were extremely light in color for our two-day stay (i.e. the pancakes, waffles, French toast and sausage links). There is not a restaurant, bar/lounge on the premises as it states online. This made it difficult to order dinner in the evenings at the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by several new apartment buildings and developments, but no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There are several options 8-10 minutes away.

Location was good. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast which started an hour after our complimentary shuttle at 5am for a 7:30 am flight. It would be lovely if the hotel was able to provide complimentary boxed breakfasts in such an event.

The bed was too soft and the shower stall doors covered only 1/2 of the shower length which may lead to water escaping.

The breakfast area was filthy, dirty with food all over the place on the counters. Coffee was not hot. The showers would not get hot. Can you set up is in the rooms is not conducive for our lifestyle. So if One gets up and doesn’t want to disturb the other, you can’t brush your teeth or wash your hands or face because it’s right there in the bedroom

Fantastic breakfast, you can pick and choose what you want The room was very spacious, clean and cosy East access from the airport to the hotel by shuttle bus. It was an enjoyable ride with Mark the driver who was very helpful
