No microwave in room and fridge was so small you could only fit a couple cans in them

The made to order breakfast was an unexpected treat!

We have to walk to neighboring property for a full dinner.

The location was excellent.

It was very loud. Understandably not the hotels fault per say but the room wasn't sound buffering at all. We were placed on the ground floor very near the pool and lobby so the noise was constant all hours of the day.

Came to the area for an event and knew this hotel was close to University and the event I was attending. The C-U area is also very familiar with this event and generally very friendly/accommodating!

Upon check-in (which was at/after the 3pm check-in time) I did not request a later check-out for the following day but I am a member of the rewards program which it was explained to me is a "perk" that I could request however I did not think it would be necessary. The following day about 2 hours before check-out we had an unexpected emergency when we were offsite -- so I called and requested 1 hour be added to our check-out time. The desk attendant and manager were both VERY RUDE and not at all accommodating-- could care less about an emergency-- and ended up giving us half an hour MAX after I told them we would not be back by 11am. When we did return, we were locked out of our room -- thankfully a very nice housekeeper let us in to retrieve our belongings and we then promptly gathered our things and checked out (5 minutes beyond our allotted extra 30 minutes). I will NEVER stay at this location again and will never recommend to any of my friends or family who live near the area and have frequent out of town guests.

The room was perfect for my husband & I, as well as for entertaining our small group of family who also came for graduation.

The bartender refused to give us wine glasses for the wine we had in our room. We've never had an issue from hotel bars anywhere else we've ever stayed.
