Smell of the room and roaches. All of of luggage and clothes had a foul smell and needed to be washed. Even the clean clothes .needed washed.

everything. check in was a mess. the room was dirty. wasn’t even there 15 minutes and no refund.

Very responsive staffs. They are friendly and kind. They try to help by all means but there is a limitation that what they can and cannot.

Terrible paid Wifi. Cockroaches and bedbugs, very smelly lobby and unclean common areas. Bit scary and a lot of drunken visitors. Heard that the area is filled with homeless people.

It was barely clean, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, half of the lights/outlets didn’t work, and it’s sketchy - the neighborhood and the people. Definitely didn’t feel safe.

it was roaches, gnats, rift raft through the halls, a weird oder throughout the hall.. and then there is not 24hrs lobby person.. that place definitely should not be listed to out side the community because if seemed to be more of an apartment complex.. people that are coming from out town to visit definitely not trying to be in those conditions and the The hotel had a nerve to be non refundable… that place.

We booked the room through you. When we arrived they had NO VACANCY and had not had vacancy all day. They told us that Booking.com soes this all the time. This was our first and LAST booking through your service. Back to Hot wire for us.

It was dirty, I was locked out for 20 minutes and the gal at the desk said she would be right with me to help me get in, as a guy walked up and she then disappeared and the manager then arrived and fixed my key card.
