Location, breakfast and staff.

Beds were uncomfortable, bathroom had some mold. I was expecting a little more comfort and cleanliness for the price.

Cleanliness, the room smells humid They came to do housekeeping and we told them to come in a half hour - never came back There was one stained blanket when we arrived at the room after check-in

The staff was extremely helpful and polite, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

It is pet friendly and and the room is clean. Bed is comfortable and shower head was awesome.

No hot water during the night, I had to take a cold shower. My assumption is there were too many people staying at the hotel and a huge hot water consumption was used throughout the entire day.

the staff was great! especially unique, she was kind and very informative

rooms were small, gym was unclean, the shower leaked everytime shower, breakfast was mediocre at best. the location is not the best. i wouldn’t recommend for solo travelers

too many things broke. elevator broke multiple time, tv remote broke…stuck on Spanish, coffee machine broke, room phone broke. also sound of water running all night.

Breakfast was OK. The coffee was absolutely terrible though.

The vast majority of the stay. Our room was in a horrible location and unable to be moved. There were people outside our window in the middle of the night/early morning screaming at each other. Also had people in the hallways having incredibly loud conversations at 2AM. The location is sketchy and there aren't good dining options nearby (the IHop next door is all there is and it's not recommended). The little "market" they have in the hotel is not good - horrible options and often out of water. The "bar" that is advertised is NOT a bar.

The front desk lady was very nice. Property was clean and well kept. Our room was nice and clean, bathroom a little on the small side but not bad.
