Very accommodating while I spent some time in hospital

We liked the location near the airport and a free shuttle. We had just come in on a long international flight and we were beat and tired. Room offered us a place to sleep with airconditioning and was quiet.

There were no restaurants or minimart nearby and neighborhood could have been better. Room quality looks like there has been deferred maintenance. Room was not very clean.

The way the rooms are designed create a very homey feel to them. They're very clean and comfortable.

I wished the TV was a little closer to the couch so it would be possible to eat and watch TV at the same time. The only way this would be possible in the room I used would have been to eat on the bed

Room was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was great.

The location is very convenient, close to major highways and convenience stores. All staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent, fresh breakfast with several options.

Bathroom needed racks and hangers for towels and updated shower equipment.

Breakfast was good and the shuttle service was very helpful. Special mention to Brian as a driver, he was very kind and helped us a lot.

The location is not the best if you do not have a car or plan to use public transportation, since it is very limited. One of the shuttle drivers was not very happy to take us because he was very “busy”.

I really didn't like anything

The room was no clean and sanitation. I was there for three days, and no one served the room. The room needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected well. The employee was too busy to greet the customer. Really, they only gave the key, and after you in you own. I travel a lot and this the worst hotel

The staff was rude and inattentive. I called a week before my stay to confirm I would be able to get a shuttle from the airport. I specifically specified the airport I was flying into, the gentleman on the phone rushed me off the phone and said ya, just call when you’re here. I did as instructed only to be told they do not pick up from Lovefield. Extremely frustrated bc if I was told when I called I could have canceled and found a hotel that could accommodate my needs. Also breakfast was cleaned up at 9:15,

Arrived at DFW…called hotel and shuttle arrived very quickly. We checked in and asked about restaurants to walk to in the area. Hotel staff arranged for shuttle driver to drive us to a close by restaurant….after our meal …we called and shuttle driver returned to pick us up…..it was very much appreciated! Breakfast in the morning was great ….lots of options..hot and cold……the biscuits and gravy were awesome…a real treat for this Canadian. The room was very clean and the beds comfy! Would recommend as it was great value and very close to airport. Shuttle back to airport was on time and very efficient.

Heater didn't work. Elevator made unsettling noises. Room was not clean when we arrived at 11:00pm. Room was not cleaned next day even after hanging tag.Bed was hard.

close to Cowboys vs Bears game

liked the room, but the breakfast was mediocre. Employees could not keep the coffee canisters full. There is no excuse for this.
