The hotel clerk was very racist to my son. My son asked for soap he said they didn't have any. My son has a video of him asking the clerk to re key his room key the clerk walked off and then proceeded to ignore my son when he walked back into the room. My son was saying excuse me sir excuse me sir the clerk finally snatched the key and threw it on the ground since my son was at the walk up window the key landed on the ground. .. My son had to pick the key up from the ground. Never again will I patronize another Motel 6 in Texas. This is the 3rd incident.. be aware Stay away if you are black. And I'm not one to use the race card.

I like how clean the room was

I didn’t like that I booked a King suite and was given a two double bed. The following morning I called to see if I could check out at 12pm and instead of being answered I was asked who was in the room with me by Sannk, I told him me and my known one guest. He responds with finally answering the question which was no and hung up. I called back several times and he never answered. When I dropped the key off I let him know how uncomfortable he made me feel (being a woman) that he would ask me who was I with. It was a very unprofessional interaction. It was supposed to be a simple overnight stay, checked in at 10pm and rest. I would not recommend or return here.

Food places are near for me to get to

When asking a question, very very rude and horrible customer service at the front desk. The gentleman started yelling at me when I asked him a question about the remote for the television and yelled at me because I asked him for a blanket that have cigarette holes in it.

Don’t stay here even if it’s very last option. They are horrible and have no respect. They will literally cancel your reservation and give your room away and won’t tell you until you come to check in. Just don’t waste your time at this location‼️‼️‼️

Everything. THE ROOMS ALONG WITH THE ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE NASTY. THE EMPLOYEES ARE DISHONEST AND LAZY, AND THE ROOMS LOOK & SMELL LIKE SOMETHING FROM A HORROR FILM... from the floor to the ceiling, to the window to the wall. PLEASE DON'T LET THE LANDSCAPE FOOL YOU!!!. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN IN THE DFW METROPLEX. KIDS WORKING HERE WHO JUST DONT CARE 🤷🏽‍♀️ (THE ONLY THING THEY DID TO ACCOMMODATE US WAS GIVE US SHEETS FOR 1 BED, WHICH WE HAD TWO UNCLEAN BEDS, AT CHECK IN TO CHANGE OUR OWN BED WHICH HAD A HUGS *** STAINS & HOLES WITH THE MATTRESS EXPOSED) WE WERE FORCED TO SLEEP IN THE BED TOGETHER FOR THIS REASON SINCE HE DENIED MY REQUESTS FOR SHEETS FOR THE SECOND BED. SEE PHOTOS ON HERE & GOOGLE. I COULDN'T POST ALL THE PICTURES ON HERE BUT THEY ARE ON GOOGLE. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! IDK WHICH EAS NASTIEST, THE EMPLOYEES ATTITUDE OR THE ROOM. Check-in doesn't accept your business card. Check-in is done by a small window as if you were a thief. bedclothes full of holes. The air conditioner doesn't work properly. TV doesn't work.

so. maybe this is like a freak occurrence but, we arrived around 6pm. i walk up to the lobby that you can’t go inside. which is fine dude whatever. But I get the key we walk to room and my husband puts the key card in, opens the door and the TV is on, there’s something on the floor, I see there’s sheets balled up at the end of the bed, there is food containers, In the bathroom there was a cigarette in the toilet lol. and it’s a smoking room so, that’s fine. but when we go back to the lobby little window thing to talk to the guy he says “would you like me to have it cleaned I have no other available rooms?” like… this room was almost $90 before tax. and it was just kinda wild lol so uh yeah. won’t be back. and I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels before we usually travel cheap I know what I’m getting by choosing cheaper motels but. this was a first for me so. are we gonna stay? yeah. dudes cleaning it right now. because I don’t wanna wait for a refund to put back on my card and try to find somewhere else to stay it’s for one night. so that’s what we saw.

the room had not been cleaned. the worker did not even say sorry. it was lame.
