they diddnt tell us the pool wasn’t open, the jail house blankets that was too small for me and my girlfriend.

Very nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious, more food than what I expected!! And the location was perfect for what my wife and I wanted to do. Not crowded at all and the staff was wonderful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was super clean. Breakfast was great. Bed was great. Quiet location but only a mile from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. A definite return.

booked king room, on our way down to Townsend, TN, 3 1/2 hours away, I received a call telling me that they had over booked and that I would be put in a double Queen room, “but we won’t charge you the extra fee “, WHAT, DO WHAT! You messed up my reservation and you not going to charge me MORE! Ask 3 different employees, different shifts for a replacement coffee pot because parts were missing and would work, they was sure, they would have to check. The staff must still be checking. Remote control was taped together with silver “duck tape “, and when you laid it down, the batteries would fall out, the staff are still checking on that as well. Most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever attempted to sleep in! Hard as tile.

The staff was great and the place was clean and comfortable.

walls are paper thin. heard every word, TV, and movement of people in next room. Though there was 12 of us, we could sit in the little eating area for a 10 min meeting ; they said they didn’t want to have to clean it if we sat there

The staff were all very friendly! Room was clean. The breakfast was AMAZING!!

The only problem was the noise. You can hear every car that drives by and you can forget about sleeping in. You can hear T.V.'s, water running, toilets flushing, showers running, and dogs barking at the crack of dawn!
