Tub drain did not work well

The room was beautiful. It was decorated with a personal touch that made it feel more like a home than a motel room. The linens were also better quality than I would expect to find in a budget-priced room.

There was a leak spot on the ceiling, paint was dropping into our bathroom and water accumulated on floor one evening when we returned. Musty, mildewing smell

stopped in for night on our travels and surprised to see a whole apartment when i opened the door. sofa, bed, table, kitchen!!! even had table setting! went and got food and sat and ate after long day of travel. Guy at front desk super nice and apolgized for no downstair rooms but since late at night understood.

kind of shady people across courtyard that were guests but lucky pretty quiet all night.

The room was great the apparently new [tile?] floor I liked over the usual bad carpet the lay out was unusual but ok.

I requested a ground floor room with a king size bed, but when I arrived I was given a second floor room with two queen beds and was told that was all that was available after they confirmed the ground floor room. Fortunately for them and unfortunately for me my wife was unable to make the trip she can not climb stairs that is why I required the ground floor room. Second well into the night someone in the parking lot was working on a Harley Davidson starting it revving it up and when it would die cussing and beginning again until it started to rain. How management did not hear this and do something about it I do not know. I tried to see who it was but the peephole in the door had been removed and taped over so even if someone had come to my door I could not have seen them and from the people I saw in the parking lot I wasn't going to go out myself. Will I go back? Nope! I Loved the room and the guy at the desk was very nice but that was about it.

Location worked

Far too expensive for the age and condition of the property. When I arrived about 7 pm, no one at desk and a phone to call to get them up. I was in there for a long time, called it 4 times before anyone came to the desk. Another person was came in while I was waiting and was also concerned. When he came into the office he was finishing putting his shirt on. The room seemed clean but for almost $200, it was worth more like $70. Shower curtain very brown at the bottom so mold was starting. Bed looked overall clean, but almost appeared top sheet was not laundered. I very seldom complain but for the price we were very disappointed. My fiancé decided she couldn’t shower in the shower given the state of the shower curtain

Location is good. Quiet area and hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with a kitchenette. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here twice and will stay again.

The mattress was comfortable, but could have been better.

Room felt large, soundproofing was good. The location in southwest Omaha is close to all kinds of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

A very minor problem - I don't think anyone on the cleaning crew is very tall. There were a couple of places like the top of the refrigerator that were dirty. But you wouldn't notice unless you were tall. I mentioned it to the front desk and he understood exactly.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. The room was a spacious studio room with separate living and sleeping areas, and a kitchenette included.

We didn’t even know they had breakfast. It’s definitely a no for me

Room Was spacious enough to have family members over for games !! The refrigerator was handy and was used !!! Loved the table !!

Took a while to figure out how the shower worked !!! Needed to turn on air conditioner to muffle other guests and noise

The room was very clean and much larger than I expected. It even had a full kitchen.

The sheets were rough and the mattress wasnt comfortable

Room is large, it has all the things to stay a week, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and ironing board. I was in the middle of the 2nd floor, very quiet! Would stay again for the value. Very clean.

Only con-room smelt like pine sol-too strong.

Townhouse Inn is the perfect place to stay for cleanliness, good value and good location. It is friendly, safe and the staff is great. We stay here when visiting family close by and it works perfectly.
