The place was beautiful with a lake.

Water for hit tub in your room was never hot.

The facility is on the lake and has a great indoor and outdoor pool. The staff was on it. Always asking if we needed anything, etc. The resort was close to everything and was modestly priced.

The room was good. It just needs some updating. It seems a bit run down. The handle on the bathroom was falling off, and the kitchen could use some tlc. We were not there for the room, though. This did not deter us, and we would still rerent from this resort.

The condos were very nice. The little beach area was a really nice bonus. The pool was clean, and the splash area for the little ones was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the atmosphere was very family-friendly, and very clean. The patio area was a nice plus.

We had a two bedroom and two bath condo. They need to invest in hot water on demand. We had four people in our condo, and we could barely make it through two showers without running out of hot water. Forget about even trying to fill the jacuzzi tub. Didn't get it half full, and it ran out of hot water. The parking lot is a little bit of an inconvenience due to the extreme incline, but that comes with the area. The lack of sidewalks makes getting our luggage to your condo a bit difficult.

The room was more than I expected. There was everything you needed to feel right at home. Very spacious and comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was very accomodating and knowledgable.

I wish we could've stayed longer. We really enjoyed the time away and the scenery. I can't wait to book another stay

It stayed very cold. The heat finally came up on the day we checked out. The bedroom stayed cold because of the air coming through the doors. The inside of the stove and the cabinet were filthy. The jacuzzi has a bug in it and we couldn’t use it because the room was freezing. The room repairs could be seen on the ceiling and the floors. The guests above us made noise with what sounded like a surround sound system that pounded the ceiling which made the dining ceiling lamp shake the two nights we were there. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, it was a horrible experience. The office was closed, so we could never express our disgust with a physical person, not even on the phone.
