I can’t pick one thing. Really enjoyed myself overall room was great! I got in the jacuzzi.

The pool was too cold, and the hall was cold on the way back. But that’s a good thing for people that were not wet.

The pools were nice. My Grandson liked them. I thought the water was a bit too cold. The arcade didn't have much in it but he also liked that. The Front Desk people where very Nice & Helpful.

The hotel is outdated, and there were No vending machines in the place at all even tho it said there was also the website says there is a Continental Breakfast included we found out They Don't Have One at ALL😒🙄. For the Price of the Room, I think it was WAY too much. Didn't Feel Very Safe there Either Considering NONE of the Door's Locked to the Building So Anyone Could Walk Right In😵😳😣.

Very outdated, I can handle a hotel being dated for the price of the room but the smell of the carpets was unbearable. You can tell there is mold underneath all of them in the hallway, elevators and rooms. They are stained and feel kind of damp everywhere. When we were in the room it was hard to breath and we all developed a cough and drip. It was so hard to sleep or be in there. The room also smelled like weed when we got there my kids said it smelled like smoke because they obviously don’t know what weed smells like lol. Otherwise the staff was nice. We stayed for the Noah’s ark tickets but next time we will have to stay somewhere else. The tickets weren’t worth it unfortunately.

I liked how the pools weren't so crowded. It was very geared towards kids. The water depth was perfect for my kids. We didn't have breakfast there. The beds in the room here comfortable.

I didn't like how the pools were on different levels. We never got to check out the pool on the third level because we were always on the first floor. Sometimes the kids kept getting stuck on the waterslides too, they weren't fast. The rooms were nice but a little dirty, my little one can't walk yet so he was crawling and his legs were VERY dirty and black from the carpet. Our TV also wasn't working and we called down to the front desk and told them, we waited a while for someone to come, we called the front desk back and said we would call back when we got back for someone to come because we didn't want anyone to come in the room while we were gone....when we came back our TV was on. I was very upset that they were in our room when I told them not to.

The location! It's perfect and right in the middle of everything.

IT'S LOUD ALL NIGHT LONG! A lot of people left their kids unattended. If you want to sleep and relax, I do not recommend this place

Loved that we got free passes to Noah’s Ark and Knuckleheads. The location was great. The stars on the ceiling above the bed and whirlpool in our room were a favorite for our kids- prefect night light at night.

The property is very old and dated. The decor in the hallways, like outside of the 4th floor pool/Waterpark area is an eyesore. Our room was on the main floor and each room has a dehumidifier running non-stop I believe to keep old musty odors at bay. That being said though, despite the fact that the property is old and dated the rooms are generally clean.

The room....there was no shower head....there was bugs dead laying everywhere....beds were not comfortable.... it was a rough first time experience 😔

It was a great value with passes to Knuckleheads and Mt Olympus passes. It was in a pretty good location. You could walk or Uber places if you had trouble parking. We took the train in from Minnesota, and we got in late on a Monday and left late on a Friday. The manager was so accommodating, letting us leave our luggage in the hotel so we could enjoy another day in the Dells. She also allowed us to swim for a couple hours and shower in the public showers before catching the train home.

The only downfall was the beds. They were a little hard… but they worked!

The option of the water park areas. I also like that the kid's area is open late. The passes to Noah's Ark are the best. This really helped our big family.

It was not the cleanest room. There was dust on the upper air filter.

Tickets was included for the entire stay! We walked and Saved money on park parking fee . Kids enjoyed the pool inside and outside. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great location!! Loved the on-site pools/mini water parks!! The two ladies that checked us in and checked us out were friendly!! Loved the Noah’s Ark wristbands and the Knuckleheads passes!!

Beds were uncomfortable and need replaced…air conditioner blew directly in your face when lying in bed. The bedding was lacking and was a very thin rough blanket!!

The staff was pleasant and the pool was a great place for smaller children.

Arcade is no longer available. Some of the staff did have a small attitude. Not enough room to park. Too crowded. Beds were not comfortable. No blanket for the beds. Hotel housekeeping stood down the hall until I was checked out.
