This place is very clean the staff are so welcoming , no fridge but they provide us with ice so carry a cooler with you. They have a fireplace outside and provide fire wood . With the price is was a perfect place to spend a weekend 1 mile to Noah’s ark. So many restaurants.

Price and location are the name of the game here. This place is literally a bed and a shower. And that was perfectly ok with us. There's enough to do in the Dells that you shouldn't have to spend much time in a hotel room anyway.

Given that this is one of the lowest priced places in the Dells I really don't have any complaints.

Room AC was broken - hotel staff swapped out our rooms. There was a huge puddle of water all over the carpet from the broken AC. The room had some bugs. There were rooms open and being renovated. There were people out front having a bonfire and sitting on a indoor couch outside.

Room was cheap.

Staff was very rude wasn't even in the office when we arrived. Had a hand written note on the door to call a cell phone number. Air conditioner didn't work in one of the rooms we had gotten, when we told staff they brought up a tiny fan and called it an a/c. This was in July! During the night there was a police chase that ended in the parking lot with guns out. The pool wasn't even filled. There was still a bag left from a previous guest in our room. Tv didn't work in the room that the A/C did work. There was nasty red stuff streaked on the wall, looked like wax. Little kid hand prints all over the mirror.

They said they wouldn’t accept us. Had a reservation from 3 days ago and they mentioned “they closed reservations yesterday.” Had to pay a lot more for a different room on short notice.

I read the reviews and I was scare at the time. When I got to the place I was still hoping it wasn't bad. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. It does look like they are remodeling the rooms the one I was look remodel but need a bit more updated you can see gang signs or some some of writing on the stuff and them trying to fix if. But for the price it wasn't bad. I inspect the room before bring in my stuff and it was all good no bugs not roches so I was very relieved that it was an ok place to stay. If they fix the place a bit more I probably would be back. It was affordable and not so bad.

Need it a better lock, they only had one key to the room. The room wasn't clean the day after had to call to get more towels no cellphone reception or internet no where to hang clothes.

The air conditioner wasn't cold. The window currains was broken. Anyone can peek from outside if they want. The towel given to us had some Yellow stain. Our room was connected to the next room with 2 doors separating the rooms but there was no lock on both door. So technically you can just walk to the other room if you want.
