There were good people at the service desk they were nice and courteous nothing wrong there

Okay what I did not like was the burns on the covers the bathroom spigot shot water all in the floor the light in the bathroom would not come on unless you beat on it the floors were clean actually there was heat in the room personally the room was not worth but about $65 a night not 85 well I paid 94 because she took 94 because I had to pay for a microwave and a refrigerator she said I couldn't get one unless I paid extra which that's b******* because I made arrangements to have all that if you'll look I was charged more than I was supposed to get charged but that's okay what expect out of a motel like that thank you have a nice day that's all I got to say

I liked nothing about this property.

Staff was very rude and disrespectful. They didn’t communicate during check in so my room wasn’t serviced throughout my whole stay. Staff doesn’t have access to clean towels even when your room wasn’t serviced.

Not over charged because of my age as a senior citizen

The sheets and pillow cases were dirty and when Front Desk was called the Front Desk Clerk told me Housekeeping is gone for the day. I then said, so we are supposed to sleep in this. She said you can come up here and try another room. This was after everything was already in the room. It was not comfortable, but us being tired we just delt with it for that evening.
