The staff. Very friendly and xceptionally accommodating. From my first call to the property to my interactions at check in and with a housekeeper, they were great.

Property was very worn down (although very clean for what they had to work with) As a female traveling alone , I did not feel entirely safe, although I did not experience any issues. I was very happy for the deadbolt and chain on the door. I was very VERY surprised that there was no coffeemaker in the room, and I have never in my life stayed at a property with no TELEPHONE!!!! Also could not locate an outlet to charge my phone except in the bathroom or by the microwave/ fridge which was directly across from that. No clock of any sort in the room! I worked in Hotel Management for 25 years and was just...disappointed in the property itself.

The rooms stank of dead mice. Electrical outlet broken. Lights didn’t work by the bed. The lighting was very dim. The toilet was very very low to the ground. There was no amenities. Just soap.

It was clean. The room was comfortable to be in.

There was an issue with the toilet. It was not flushing right. I thought it was going to over flow.

(There was no breakfast.) We did like having a ground-floor room.

The location was noisy. The TV wouldn't work for us--had to call the manager in twice to get it to work. I wanted to take a hot bath to soothe my back but there was no plug for the drain--plus the tub didn't look that clean. And there was nothing for me to hold onto in the shower, so with a slippery tub bottom I had to be very careful not to fall. The handle fell off of the shower knob. The dark yellow/bright orange color of the room was a bit disturbing (not exactly soothing!).

how quiet it was

it smelled was uncomfortable and the stairs have a huge peice of broken cement that almost caused me to fall down them.
