wasn’t close to many restaurants, bathroom was dirty, had to go to front desk for bed change sheets had stains and hair on them. room was not handicapped or special needs for the deaf

The rooms were outdated, over priced, the water barely ran, it came out as droplets, water leaked from the shower onto the floor

smelled of marijuana. beds, showers, hallways were dirty. the manager was completely unprofessional when all was brought to his attention.

Honestly the property itself is not to bad, it’s in need of many repairs. This property needs new linens badly, the room I am in #156, this room needs a new bath tub, faucet fixed, needs new windows on the whole property. This property’s best asset is the employees.

Didn't really expect this to be a hotel, rather than motel...nice to have inside corridors so we didn't have to go out in the cold to get breakfast.

Pros: Easy access from highway, and nice restaurant located next to property.

I'm not one to give bad reviews on my past stays, but this facility was so disappointing that I will not stay at this specific location again. Cons: It was difficult to communicate with the front desk help, hallways smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, and the rooms we entered were obviously not cleaned: stains on the bedding, peeling paint on doors, and both bathrooms were not cleaned (one bathroom had feces and so much toilet paper in it, that it was clogged - we had to ask for another room). The free breakfast was extremely paltry for what we have been used to with La Quinta Inn's.

Cleanliness wasn't great. The breakfast wasnt nothing to wake up for the room smelled awful 😞

Their customer service was beyond poor, but their cleanliness was worse. my family couldn’t sleep in our room and when we talked to the hotel staff we weren’t allowed a refund nor a new room, which left us with nowhere to go for the night. Me and my family spent the night sleeping in the hotel lobby waiting on management the next morning, just to be greeted with disrespect. I was humiliated and embarrassed by this experience and I was told I had to take it up with the website I booked thru.

Convenient location for our event

It was so dirty. Chocolate on the night stand, candy on the floor. The floors were not swept. The refrigerator didn’t work and the microwave was disgusting. We booked a king bed. When we got there, they told us they didn’t have any available. Our room had one towel and no washcloths.

The rooms stunk the sheets was stained the window sill had foot prints on it

Staff was friendly and understanding

Our first room looked like someone had just showered in bathroom, floor was wet. Smoke detecteor was open with no battery in it and fridge had mold in it and was not working. We were switched rooms and the second one shower smelled of mildew, there was only a little roll of toilet paper. We also chose this hotel over cheaper one because it said breakfast was included. There was no breakfast or even options.

room was a bit dirty. bathroom had urine all over toilet tub was not clean. no towels. I think they were understaffed and in a rush to clean rooms. they were still cleaning rooms at 6pm

Comfortable bed

Half roll toilet paper no extra roll no box of Kleenex , breakfast no yogurt, only waffles for hot selection, hard boiled eggs good plus cereal & juice, ......Also bathtub coating peeled and tiny toilet space

was dirty only had 1 towel there was wash rags left in shower from previous travelers the bed was dirty waited 10-15 minutes at front desk to check in before someone showed up to check in
