It’s quiet and a lot of food near by.
It’s old and my room was definitely not cleaned properly or vacuumed. The breakfast was not good.

Staff, Breakfast, bed, coffee, refrigerator, shower stall, towels, view, front entrance (welcoming nice), pool and pool area - Liked all of this
carpets not clean, dirty looking in the hall and in the rooms - toilet seat was missing one bolt to keep seat on - contacted the front desk when we arrived they stated they would get it fixed, but it was not while we were there - air conditioner squealed every time it came on, to the point where we would turn the tv up and would hear it come on during the night each time - it was room 406 if you could fix it then the next time we attend meetings we will consider Laquita East again

The location was ok and close to the highway and the Detroit Tigers Spring Training Facility. There are 2 La Quinta's very close so it is confusing. Both are dated, dirty, and really disappointing. There was not a working remote for the TV. The sofa in the room was filthy. For the $166 the room cost for one night - just no words.
No remote for the TV. The carpet, furniture and walls and doors were really dirty and old.

the bed was comfortable, and it had a desk that you could work at.
The rooms were not exactly clean. I looked at my feet after walking around in the room a bit and they were covered in dirt. there was stuff in the sink when I checked in that looked like pieces of food. The carpets were stained. the toilet in the bathroom seemed to move and was crooked from the space it was in. The pillows were lumpy.

rowdy neighbors, extremely small toilets, one of them was lose and wobbled. bed was old and uncomfortable. carpet was filthy, overall the suite was not clean or comfortable.
