The person who finally cleaned my room was very nice and the woman at the desk when I checked in seemed very concerned about the check-in situation (see below).

I was not able to check into my room until 6:15pm, 3+ hours after the stated start of check-in. Apparently, some cleaning staff didn’t show up, so the rooms didn’t get cleaned in time. When I went to breakfast around 8 a.m., there was hardly anything left/no one was tending to breakfast. And when I tried to check out, no one was at the desk (no one was there during breakfast either), so I just left my key, hoping management would get around to cancelling my security deposit. You are going to get a lot of bad reviews about this hotel from disgruntled guests!

everything else was awful that’s why we only stayed the one night and changed hotels. The room we were originally given the door would not even latch and the whole place was just nasty. the manager in charge did not even care about the situation and the room we booked they don’t even have. The owner was standing right there and never even acknowledged the situation. Needless to say we will never neither will our family stay or recommend this hotel. We were in town for our daughters wedding and this was the most awful experience we have ever experienced.

NOTHING I could not stay, from the time I walked into the lobby. Dirty, hot terrible odor.Confusion and chaos, rooms were not ready at 5pm when people were trying to check in. I was given a room and charged to my credit card. I went and looked at the room, not cleaned and it was disgusting. Went down and told clerk to reverse the charge I was leaving. So far still on my card. I then booked a room at Days Inn by Wyndham Lakeland. it was pleasant clean, clerks were very professional there.

Made reservations and paid through Booking.com about week prior and was totally disappointed. We arrived to this hotel to be told that they have cancel our reservations because no rooms were available. They were over booked. After an hour or so she got us a room that she had to get ready and told us there's a couple issues with the room. At this point we were exhausted and all we wanted was some rest. The next night you got in there around 9:00 p.m. to our room to find out, our room was never touched and made, in fact we had to ask for fresh towels. Just a disappointed experience. I will never stay there again!!!! Just bad business especially to the quest!!!!

To begin, customer service is poor, the facility and the room are not clean. Beds are very uncomfortable. On top of that, the stay there for one night was very expensive. I think pictures of the facility on the website are false advertisements. I noticed that everyone who stayed there left the very next day upset. Horrible experience, and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing the property wasn’t even ready. I couldn’t even stay in it that night I had to go find another hotel for the week it was very inconvenient.

No comforter in room, only thin bedsheets. Bathroom didn't have soap. Just a bottle of shampoo and lotion was available. Place was dirty everywhere you looked.

The hotel had lots of people around the reception area and restaurant. They were non guests of the hotel. Facilities looks very outdated. Water smells. Breakfast is a mess. I saw a small cockroach in the bed.

'Front desk service was exceptional especially since we were staying because a hurricane was coming . Billy at front desk went out of his way with all the customers to be helpful and he was patient. Plus nobody else showed up to work that morning.

Mattress too hard, place needed a good cleaning overall. Repairs needed. Wyndham went down in my estimation because they are not caring for this building.

Wi-Fi did not work my bed was was not made cold water did not work bad services nobody changed my garbage I had no kind of help at all

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel was chosen because of location .

We had no bath towels in our room after checking in, later went and asked for towels for the 4 guests and was given 2 bath towels & 3 wash cloths, was told that was all they had. When i took a shower the towel still had makeup on it. The carpet was dirty in the room, and felt sticky to your feet after walking on it. When we arrived a man was working in the hallway right outside our room replacing a ceiling tile or something and when the work was completed, the trash and pieces of tile and paint chips laid in front of our room door the rest of the weekend. Our room cards did not work the entire time, we had to knock to be let in our room if we left our room. Also husband was upset because there was no TV remote no where in the room.

The area

The facilities don't have towels available when I ask. We found ants and cockroach in the room. The odor of humidity was horrible. They include breakfast but only have coffee, milk and English muffins. I had to disinfected the bathroom because the have mold in shower and the toilet.

The only think that I liked was that they accepted to cancel my second day, also the kindness and understanding of the night front desk girl

It's may be the dirty hotel that I never been and I have travelled around the world, the aisles are dirty the lift is dirty, the room is dirty, everything is dirty. All the rooms smell of tabaco, the only that I can say is please don't go there.

The flooring and paint needs to b scrubbed and updated. Pets are allowed. There was so much dog hair in the pool it was totally disgusting and I refused to swim because if that. Dissapointing.

Price and location

I arrived late at night and was told my room was being cleaned. Thankfully, my boyfriend had checked in earlier so we had a room…but the wash clothes had stains on them, there was mold in the shower, and the walls were so thin, we could hear the conversations going on in the rooms next to us.
