People where smoking in the elevator and my kids and me walk the stairs due to that reason there where dead cockroaches in every floor!!!! There where also rugs in the room that looked like they haven’t been cleaned properly or even dusted my mom had to switch rooms because the 1st floor room she got smell soo bad with how much we paid we ask to switch rooms witch was a problem due to they not wanting to give us a king rooms to begin with witch is wrong for again how much we paid
We are didn’t like that people smoked in the elevators they smoked cigarettes and marijuana I couldn’t take my kids in there for that reason witch is crazy why would anybody allow that they also had there elevators license expired since 2023 so maybe that’s why I wish I could take back my time here live Lakeland but this hotel wow

Very quick response to what needed to be done. It's convenient for me to get to and from work. I love the area I'm in. It's just perfect for me.

It's a place for me to stay when I had no where else to go. Greatly appreciate the living arrangement. I work at Maple lanes across the street so it's close for me to get to an from work Quickly.
The concrete can use a lil pressure washing. Other than that I am enjoying my stay. I'm not hard to please so I don't have a lot of negative to say

I like the location.. close to my job. is a very dissent place.
I count more than 15 cockroaches… means (15x9). one of the beds wash unfinished with the cheats and a not working fridge… which I never to dove my lunch for work… I like the area… but this time I even saw hair and more cockroaches on the tub.

The fact there is a stove top.
There wasnt any stops in the tub you know to run a bath. when asked about them they said they didnt put them in the room because people take them but what if i had kids with me that was to young to shower, and also there was 2 very flat and used pillows on the bed when asked about those was told there wasnt anymore pillows until a truck came very uncomfortable

The staff was pleasant and the bed was comfortable the location was pretty good
The the place it's a bit Rundown and my room had bugs all over .ceiling while laying on the bed taking a nap a big roach flew on me I almost fell out the bed trying to get away . I had to climb on the bed to try to get down some of those flying bug off the ceiling they were flying on me while I was laying in the bed ,and the carpet was very filthy and smells really bad my nose burn and my eyes burn the whole time I was there I had to buy some carpet freshener to pour on the carpet I had to re-clean the bathroom just to use it', and the refrigerator freezer was needed to be defrosted I wasn't able to put anything in there. I had to wipe everything down and brought my own sheet to feel comfortable to sleep, even the top sheet on the bed did not smell goodI'm not a hard person to please but this was just a bit much.

the room was not cleaned, very noisy and uncomfortable. reported noise complaints to management staff and no help after they assured me it would be handled.

There was a lot of noise and traffic. the toilet seat was broken, and the toilet clogged up. The room was dirty and the hot water wasn’t working. You can’t set the AC to what settings you would like.

Had roaches, barely luke warm water, animal feces under the bed, chewing gum stuck to the AC, had to keep turning the AC off and on to reset it so that it would work, had to pay extra to upgrade the WiFi so that you can connect more than one device, never brought any clean or fresh towels the whole stay.

My wife is in a wheelchair and I specifically asked for a wheelchair accessible room on the ground floor, when I booked and paidfortheroomin advanced.... the only thing that was right was the ground floor room... the room was extremely small the bed was queen size, but the room was so small that there was only maybe 12 inches of walking room around the bed... not to mention the bed was 2 foot off the floor...there was no way the room was a handicap accessible room... I ordered a pizza for my wife and I for dinner and had it delivered to our room... when it was delivered, I placed it on the table while I stepped into the bathroom and when I walked back to the table, there' was bugs that decided to help themselves to my pizza ... the entire stay and experience was very disappointing and when I checked out, I brought these issues to the woman behind the desk.... the woman began to argue with me and began to yell at me. I turned around and walked out the while I made the comment of how disgusting it was.....

I like it was accommodating due to the issue I had prior with another hotel. And the host was very nice.
My stay would have been great, I've stayed there once before. And I loved it this time, It just did not feel clean to me. I found an old hot dog bun in the bed under the fitted sheet. That was very nasty and I did end my stay early. And the room smelled old and stuffy.

The bed was at least somewhat comfortable despite it being hard as a rock. Nice TV.
The room was dirty, there were a dirty pair of socks left behind the bathroom door. The full kitchen hadn't been thoroughly cleaned with disinfectants and there were roaches all over the room.
