Très compliqué pour la navette, de plus en très mauvais état sale et manquait la fenêtre de l'arrière. Ne parle pas anglais. Quartier insalubre, très forte odeur de cigarettes dans les chambres, de plus en mauvais état et mériteraient d'être rénovées. Petit dej chinois, succinct. Nous avons passé qu'une seule nuit et c'était bien assez.

Room was ok

1. None of the hotel staff speaks English. 2.It was a hassle to get them contacted to coordinate the shuttle pickup from the airport. 3.On sundays the shuttle doesn't operate on all days. So had to pay additionally for the taxi. 4. There are no super markets or shops around the hotel. There is a one boutique shop adjacent to the hotel but it doesn't have frozen meals and they do not accept card payments. Cash only. 5. Drinking Water which is a basic need of a human is not given free here. They give only 2 x 500 ml water bottles for 2 days for free. If you want extra you will have to pay 5 RMB per each bottle.

there was no wifi although it’s a hotel at an airport. they must expect tourist to come and not have a chinese sim. and they don’t care they’re not finding a solution. Staff didn’t speak a word of english so i couldn’t understand anything & we couldn’t communicate. as they didn’t understand i didn’t eat cause i couldn’t ask if they’re was anything to eat and i couldn’t go to the spa although i booked this hotel specifically for the spa. when i arrived i waited 30min for the shuttle bus. everything was very unclear and ghetto.
