Bed bugs..my daughter was attacked by bed bugs we had to leave our room at 230 am.and when we returned the next day the owners treated us like trash because we were upset about it. Very disgusting and unprofessional people

The room and bathroom were big

It was dirty. Shower had black mold Stained towels and bed sheets. Not enough pillows for a King size bed. The pillows were not fluffy. They were uncomfortable and thin as if they hardly had any filling.

The only thing I liked about this motel was the generous gentleman that was nice enough to let us check in at midnight when we finally made it to Redding from Los Angeles and the cost of it.

There was only 1 bath towel in the bathroom. The room was extremely hot as it was 90s that day in Redding and the air/ heat was on the back wall furthest from the beds. I've never seen one placed there before. It was positioned to cool the bathroom not the room. There was no coffee offered in the front office in the morning like most places. The older gentleman in the front office was short and unhelpful when trying to figure out where I could get coffee by driving to get it. Only pointed and said it's that way. Only Dutch Bros that direction and some of us enjoy plan old coffee. You could tell that people actually live at the motel which I understand is happening more frequently these days do to housing shortages but these people were walking around with no shirts on, cursing and carrying on loudly. I won't be staying again here under any circumstances.

There were bugs everywhere and cockroaches in the bathroom. Generally the cleanness of the was one of the worst I ever faced

I liked the pool. The bed was soft. There was a good lock on the door. The location was close to were I was visiting my daughter at and I got to park right in front of my room

There was baby cockroaches running around in the bathroom I killed over 5 of them. When I arrived the lady that checked me in was so rude asking me questions as if I was lying about why I wanted to stay and then told me that my daughter who I was coming to visit couldn't be on the property because she was local. She was so rude I walked out of the office an got in my car and cried. She didn't even tell me my room # I had to ask her. It was a very stressful way to end the 6 hour drive I took to get there!!!

The roaches in the room were not pleasant and they charged me twice

It wasn’t a dumb not to many crazies there lol, nice rooms lower than the others around.

Our room was so hot!!!! It was 107 in Redding that day and our air conditioner was off and we couldn’t sleep until about 4am.

It was close to a parke and not in a crowded area in the town but needed driving to go any shop.

Not a cleane place at all !!!! Hair on bed sheets says they were not changed or cleaned !!!!! The pilow was not comfortable at all, hard and half pilow not a full pilow !!! Insects walking on the bed, hard to bveleive this!!!

The guy that checked us in was nice.

You advertised a breakfast. When I got there they said no breakfast. Don't advertise something you don't have. Also we were put in a room by the road. Very noisy. The other problem the toilet plugged up and nobody was there to help. I had to call a number. I ended up having to go to a restaurant.

It is within walking distance of a beautiful park along the Sacramento River.

The property had trash all around, old furniture pieces, junk stored right outside my room. The floor in my room was very dirty. There was no hairdryer, no coffee, no conditioner or body lotion amenity. I was only given one plastic cup and no coffee cup. When I asked for one I was given a styrofoam cup. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The little microwave was not plugged in. I had to place it on the nightstand in order to reach an outlet.

There were crumbs on the dressers,no wash cloths,you could see through the bed linens,the box springs were stained and the room took forever to cool off.

Hookers walking thru the parking lot after dark. Cockroaches in the room. Instillation hanging down from a crack in the ceiling. Mold trying to work it's way through a bad repair.

Had to keep ringing the bell to check in And the rooms smelled like cigarettes and smelled and it was still dirty, And I was getting ice in the morning and I guess he was manager ask me did I have a room there? Yet their look like Druggies walking around ?

NOTHING!!!

We stayed here after the first hotel was so trashy. . . We should have just stayed at the first one. This place was CREEPY! We had no room key as the maintenance man needed to replace the batteries of our door so the only way we even got in was the front desk lady had to let us in every time - no key to our own room!!! Then there was a lot of partying on the sidewalks and in front of the rooms. What appeared to be drug addicts everywhere. There was a large group of heavily drunk Hispanics who kept coming up to us and staring silently behind us. . . THEN it turned out they had a room next to us and kept knocking on our door all night. We literally almost left in the middle of the night. The kids were scared and we were NOT comfortable at all. We blocked the door with a table & locked everything as tight as we could then left first thing in the morning. This place was a creepy dump!
