The staff was wonderful

The muggy smell, new paint needed on walls, or clean the walls. Deep clean the carpets.

we didn’t get a chance to get breakfast

our room was very warm when we walked in. there was food or something on the walls. cleaning staff left card stating room was cleaned from top to bottom and it wasn’t. shower had a large crack in it as well

people loud all night, loud air conditioners, loud toilets flushing, it was clean but not well maintained, definitely not a family hotel. men walking the lobby late at night when I checked in. if I had gotten there earlier I would have never stayed there with my kids.

Side doors did not lock . Not safe due to random people in area. But felt safe because security was around area

Ice machine was non functioning

rooms were roomy and arranged well

I asked for an additional night and was told by the front desk clerk that we could have a different room for that night but it was needing to be cleaned first. She took my phone number and said that she would call me when it came available. I didn’t hear from her later in the afternoon and called and the lady I spoke to said that they didn’t have any record of a room for that night or the conversation that I had with the girl earlier. She told me that they were double booked and there was nothing she could do. With it being a busy weekend in Ft. Worth we were left without a room for that night because everything was booked around. I am very disappointed in the service that we received from Laquinta. We have stayed at many over the years but have never experienced anything like this. Even after I called back again they would put me on hold and not answer my call concerning the matter. Poor business, poor employees.

beautiful and great price

there was a issue around 1 in the morning with a guy banging on somebody’s door then cops came shortly after. Scares people who has kids when certain tenants cause issues like this.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. There was breakfast in the morning with hot options and cereal and juice.

The fitness room had a treadmill, elliptical and dumbbells. I wish there was a machine that would allow for pull-ups.
