I stayed 3 nights, and the breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. Free parking!

My room was on the 2nd floor, facing the 3rd Street and Orange Avenue intersection. Very noisy traffic until 12:00 am. The following day, I went to the front office to see if there were any available rooms that I could change. I noticed several rooms were vacant and the staff (female reception) stated none are available based on the 2 queen beds. That was unacceptable, I did not pick a fight and let it go.

Breakfast was excellent and very convenient to me and my family. People were very friendly and nice. I couldn't ask for more. Great!!!

I have no complaints and I would stay there again with my family.

One double bed for 3 adults - ridiculous

The breakfast was a pleasant bonus. The location very easily accessible to other areas to sightsee and visit. The bed was very comfortable, I slept well.

I didn’t know prior to booking that there was no housekeeping service. There was paint peeling off the walls in the hotel room, the closet door was almost off the hinge and a light bulb kept blinking while the overhead light was off. There were sand bags in the hallway- I was told to prevent flooding. The building and the room needs some care and updates. It felt unkept. The staff was nice and accommodating, though. That helped.

The worst hotel for the price I have ever stayed at. 400.00 night. Honestly should have been a 60.00 hotel. Needs major updating. Room has a moldy smell. Very dark and not enough lighting. Not spacious at all. Will never book another room at a worst western hotel.

location was perfect and convenient

AC was not working well in the sleeping room…we were literally sweating while getting ready. No credit given for this issue but we were moved to another room afterwards. Our purpose for the stay was for a graduation. We needed to get ready upon our arrival but the room was like a sauna.

Beds and pillows

The room was priced as if it would be more up to date and have more frills but the fridge wasn’t even on and there wasn’t even a water in it. The coffee selection in the room was small and it tasted like soap. Highly priced just because of the location the room is just an average room.
