I loved being on the harbor, yet close to Boston's many attractions.

Jorge behind the bar was the best! Others could do with some customer training!

unclear instructions for shuttle (you have you call the hotel when you land at Logan). Breakfast options limited for cost, traffic to get into the city is bad (and toll charge for the tunnel).

Great room with 180 degree harbor view on 10th floor. Shuttle was every 20 minutes, professional staff, new carpet, very nice room with everything you need.

Restaurant only breakfast and expensive for what you get. Room HVAC blows directly on your bed. No need for a surprise "facility fee", what is that anyway and why isn't it included?

Location, view of the harbor, convenience to travel by ferry was really great!

Was very convenient to the airport.

We love staying here after long flights. The harbor view from the room was spectacular. The rooms are huge and comfy. The restaurant is excellent. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport with a continuous shuttle service. I you want, the water taxi to downtown Boston is right outside the door.  It's not exactly cheap, but the price is quite reasonable considering the room, view, location and restaurant. We stayed in the junior suite. The view was beautiful and room was very spacious and comfortable. The water pressure was good too.

The location was a bit far from the main area of Boston. There are no restaurants nearby either.

The harbor room view was beautiful. The room was comfortable. Close to the airport. It was Great to have the airport shuttle. Ubers always available within 2 minutes

There’s no coffee available . Most hotels offer coffee in the lobby. The coffee machine in the room is ok but there is no readily available creamers. There should be other options besides requiring people to go to the restaurant to get fresh coffee.

Good quality accomodation. Whilst it’s a short journey downtown, that’s not really an issue . Ferry stop right outside or MTA station only a 15 min walk .

Resort fee charged. This was communicated in advance ; however we were supposed to receive a credit for use in the restaurant as part of that deal which I only found out about post trip and wasn’t offered to me at check in

Breakfast is just coffee nothing to go with coffee!!

Breakfast should have something like two eggs or snack options No options for breakfast and dinner is just sandwiches

I enjoyed how quite it was for us to enjoy our honeymoon . Everyone was super nice and we were able to explore and enjoy multiple aspects of Boston.

Umm the only thing I didn’t like was no lunch service and no spa services but that’s me really reaching for a negative .

Very near Logan. Looks out over harbor. Great restaurant. Rooms are typical Hyatt - very nice, spacious and clean. Staff is incredible.

We loved the view of the harbor from our room. We loved the sitting area where we could watch the boats go by. The room was nice and clean, and the proximity to the airport gave us several free or cheap methods to get downtown. We also ended up reserving a day-use room on the final day of our trip, and were so grateful for this option! We weren't feeling well and didn't want to be out and about in town before our flight home that evening. Being able to get a room to rest in until it was time to head to the airport was an absolute life-saver for us.

Breakfast from the Harborside Grill was WAY too expensive for what it was, and they forgot to bring us our drinks. I also found the bed to be too firm for my comfort. There's also not very many restaurants options close to the hotel - you have to either walk over to Jeffries Point or go downtown for something good.

Expensive

The hotel was nice and close to the airport. My kids loved that you could see the planes taking off outside our hotel window. It’s location next to the harbor was also very beautiful.

We didn’t have a vehicle so I wished there were more things around to do in walking distance to the hotel.

Conveniently close to the airport! Room didn't have a view but the view from the restaurant and lobby are great!

For the price of the room breakfast should be included

- it is very close to the Boston Logan Airport and there is a free Shuttle service - decent Gym

- It is a very old hotel - air-condition in the rooms is extremely loud (old, loud devices) - value for money is definitely not good (for this standard and old, worn rooms) - weird additional charges upon check-in: booked a room for an X amount Total price (incl. Taxes) however upon check-in hotel charges additional fees and then they communicate that max up to 20 USD from that could be used at their restaurant for dinner...

Close location to airport with a fast free airport shuttle. Large rooms, great views of the harbor and easy to take a run or walk right out the door.
