The bed was good. To high up thro.
It has bugs in room. Nasty room. Mold in bathroom. Was no buffet breakfast like it show and they said they had it. Not much to choose from. Worker was on phone when working breakfast. Not very helpful. Will not be back.

The only things I liked about the hotel were the onsite bar and its proximity to the location I needed to be at.
I had to change rooms three times. The hotel was extremely filthy, and the staff (the general manager) was very rude. There was blood on my sheets, mold on the towels, a filthy sink and tub, non-functioning toilets, and the list goes on and on. When I requested a partial refund of my money due to my experience there, I was told it wasn't their problem, and if I didn't like it, I should have left. Mind you, it was almost 2 am, and I was exhausted, so I wasn't trying to search all over again at that time of night. The main manager came to my room to argue with me about addressing the problem with one of the employees who came by the room instead of going straight to the front desk each time. Horrible hotel.

The bed was comfortable and having a kitchenette was nice.
We did not get the handicap accessible shower we asked for so my husband could not bathe. There were mouse droppings scattered around the room and the comforter on the bed was stained badly.

Had to change rooms and when the staff went into the room we were moving from knowing that we had a couple bags left to move , one being my medicine bag which has my diabetic supplies in it meaning my insulin syringes as well they called the front desk and said they had found drugs and paraphernalia in one of the bags . They I complained to the front desk without an explanation of why they got into my bags and management never addressed the situation until the following day when I needed to extend and they kicked us out with no reason just prior to my surgery .

.Everything was so wonderful the front desk lady was great. Got to our room tv wouldn't come on and they sent a guy up to fix it within minutes. They were great

The sheets looked clean but the floor didn't look like it had been cleaned. The place was looking run down with little cosmetic update.

The pool was 8 feet. The bed was soft. Room was a nice size. There was 3 coffee shops next to the hotel. So close to restaurants.
No hot bar. No eggs or meat as advertised. TV was a little small.

Very noisy; sounded like windows we open but they weren’t.

The receptionist was nice, helpful and friendly. She was welcoming upon arrival. She was helpful with request and made accommodations.
I dont't like the sink faucet it wasnt secured properly. The room smelled of smoke. There wasnt enough towels in the room. The inside of room bathroom tub was damaged. The floor room wasnt clean. I saw roaches in the room.

This place has a bar and restaurant that is open but the breakfast was a muffin and cup of coffee, the excuse is it is because of Covid. If Covid stops breakfast why not the bar and restaurant, it seems that most hotels are using the same excuse to save money even though that is part of the purchase price of the stay.

the a/c,heat was unplugged (it was 38•) my husband had to lay on the floor to plug it in. the door was bent and rusty and dirty. the ceiling was mid painted (have pics) bath was moldy and tub was gross. toilet kept running. deadbolt on door didn’t work and you could hear people hanging out outside the door.

it’s nasty. when we entered first room there was a roach on the bed and hot water did not work. 2nd room still had roaches . obviously the furniture had never been moved and cleaned under. we found roaches everywhere and even a bottle of pin worm medicine (wth??) behind the bed

Check in and check out was easy. The location was perfect.
The room was missing light bulbs in the lamps. The bathroom had not been swept or mopped there was dirt on the floor behind the door. The coffee pot was dirty. There was no area to hang up clothes.

The front desk staff was considerate and helpful.
Roaches, shower was a mess because it had leaked for so long, vagrants all over outside watching my daughters every move and looking in the windows. Girl at the front desk said she would refund my money but I would have to get it from bookit.com . When contacting bookit I was told “ well they do have bad reviews”. I say bookit shouldn’t represent faculty’s like this.
