They were very helpful, very clean, and easily accessed. They clearly run their hotel very well. Great staff. Great breakfast. Above expectations! Their price is very good and the place is way better than other places we have stay and paid more for. Shuttle is 'on demand' so call the hotel right away when you arrive at the airport.

The bath tub was rusted. The walls in the bathroom had patches that were not sanded or painted over. Carpets were old and super dirty. My white socks were dirty after walking across the carpet.

It smelt like someone smoke a cigarette in the trim right before I got there. Blood stains on the headboard and cockroaches in the bathroom. For 136 a night this place is disgusting

It was quite big and spacious, the staff were accommodating and especially the shuttle service was great, they didn’t just take me to and from the airport but also drove me to a supermarket, no extra cost or anything. The bed was comfortable and the shower very nice, I also liked the way the sink hat the feel of a vanity. The general feel of the property is nice and for the price completely fine.

You could hear everything going on even three doors down, there was a connecting door in my room to another room that was thankfully locked but the guests in the room next to me tried to open it which is quite scary for a solo female traveller. The card reader didn’t work (my card did work completely fine, I checked when getting groceries) which stressed me out quite a bit.

They were having a computer problem that delayed our check in. But the amazing staff allowed us to change amd use the pool while we waited

-- Let me start by saying, "What an unpleasant experience this was for us. We flew in late to Denver, called for a shuttle and were told it runs 15 after the hour. OK, it's going to be a while, we'll Uber. When we arrived, there were 2 people out front, a young man in a torn sweatshirt, holding a beverage, and a goth young lady with face pearsons and a concert t-shirt on. As we got out of the Uber, the guy spit, almost hitting us, then yelled at a car as it drove by. Then he says, sorry, we know him. We walk past the hot water heater on the sidewalk and as we enter the building, the youngman outside says "she'll be right there." As I look back, the "goth Girl" puts her cigarette out on the building and follows us in. We explained that we just called, and we were here to check in. I asked about the shuttle for the morning, and she said, "be in the lobby by 15 after." that lined up with what we were told when we called, so we retreated to our room. As we walked down the dingy hallway we noticed room numbers were just laying on the ground, temporary numbers were written in with painters tape. We got into our room and were less than pleased with the cleanliness of the room. In the morning we went to the lobby and asked the same girl for the shuttle and she said "You didn't request one." I explained our conversation last night and she said "I don't know," and she walked off. another gentleman arrived and said, I will find him, just wait by the van. Eventually an older man arrived and said he was our shuttle driver. As we drove off he explained that he wasn't exactly the shuttle driver, he was the maintenance man and that the shuttle driver got fired a few months ago, and instead of hiring one, they just have me do it. (In a van that is unregistered I might add. THe DRS in the window was well expired.

The staff were very friendly. I liked that the shuttle driver called me to tell me how close to the airport he was.

2 roaches were in the fridge. The pillows were tiny. The outlets were close and the chargers kept falling out.
