Cost and location.

They didn't have our reservation when we checked in. They gave us a key to a room that had all the bedding stripped and the room had not been cleaned. We waited for a room to be ready. As we're waiting the owner/staff are arguing in another language the whole time we are waiting for our room. Staff took us to our room and as we're entering the room he is spraying a deodorizer to try to cover the smoke smell in a non smoking room. The smell was terrible. I went and bought spray and sprayed everything in the room to be able to tolerate the room for one night. The hallway carpet is filthy. We've stayed here before and always ask for a first floor room because the carpet in the rooms are filthy.

It took wayyyy toooo long to check in. The ice machine didn’t work and the coffee wasn’t available on my second morning.

Never had our room cleaned, had to buy our own towels, paper, trashbags. Etc.

the hallway stunk and the carpet was gross..room okay but boards holding up bed stuck out and was hell on legs

The place smelled like weed. There was people up at all hours of the night walking the hallway. They also had to break in my door just so I could stay there. Even after I had gotten charged extra.

The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do and find. The staff was kind and helpful and allowed us to have a room to gather in and play games, as we stayed for a week for our Family Reunion. They were very accommodating to our needs.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed. That was one of the reasons we booked the hotel because we were having a Family Reunion and was excited the kids would have a pool to play in. We were given a room that we could all gather to visit and play games in, but it was not air conditioned. We had to buy some fans to place in the room to circulate the air but it was still warm in there.

That pur room was 3 hours late

pool was empty, no water. no ice machine, no vending machine, wall mount night stand was hanging off the wall, noisy, clogged toilet, when told the front desk, the clerk handed us the plunger we had to unclog the toilet ourselves.

there was no towels in the room and we found ants and reported to staff Was supposed to come spray but never did. Had to go ask for towels. we’re give 2 but no washcloths or hand towels. Back entrance was not secure. No hot water.

The door lock wasn't right...looked like somebody attempted to fix it but forgot what they were doing...the door wouldn't stay shut..strange ppl walking around...ac didn't work

Pool not in service. Carpet worn bathroom not clean faucet dripping. Needs updating

Location and price parking check in was easy

Only dead bolt lock, our 1st room wasn’t cleaned so they moved us before we even made it there, toilet ran all night removed the tank cover to try to fix it and that was nasty!! And breakfast wasn’t much at all

The convenient location was the best. MOSTLY the facility was clean. Parking was acceptable.

There was a strong odor of cleaning fluid in the room that burned out nose. The breakfast lacked a LOT! Kansas State law requires no smoking within 50 feet of doors, the butt can was right outside the back entrance.

Breakfast just pancakes and coffee ,juice. Rear entrance had a lot of trash cigarrett butts laying around.
