The breakfast was good. The kids liked the waffles I liked the eggs and sausage. I do wish they had biscuits at least on the weekends but over all a good variety and well stocked! Hotel was clean. Glad they had towels in the pool area.

The pool was a little on the cool side.

The location is nice

I really didn't feel like the room was clean. I felt like the bed had a musty smell, and the linens were not sanitized. There was a lot of commotion in the hall after hours. We were put up on the 4th floor. I feel like we were put there probably because the rooms on the other floors weren't cleaned. The property wasn't very busy based on the number of vehicles in the parking lot. I've stayed here 3 times trying to give it a chance, I will try to avoid staying here in the future. The location is convenient, and that's why I've gone back.

Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles. Great location to restaurants and shopping center nearby. Hotel is fairly new and off hwy so it's quiet. We stay here because it's close to my medical Drs.

The room was clean and convenient to the front of hotel.

The price. It cost me over $400.00 for 2 nights which I have never paid that much for rooms. We had no internet from the time we got there until the time we left. They had been having trouble with it all week they said but there was no notice on making reservations that it did not work. My daughter takes her work with her and does her work after we get done for the day and back to the room. She was totally mad. I should have received a refund for my price I paid and having to internet for the whole weekend.

Had car trouble and left a lot later than anticipated. Called hotel to let them know we'd be very late. Got in at 225am. Front desk clerk was very pleasant.

Got to room and keys didn't work. Went back and got new ones. They didn't work either. Called from desk and she came up to let us in. Room had not been cleaned. She went to find us another room. Ten minutes later she called me to verify that I had booked an accessible room. When I said yes, was asked if I really needed it. I have mobility issues and my ankles aren't always stable. So yes, I need the bars and higher toilet. By this time, it was 315. I had to be on the road by 10 to reach my next destination on time. By the time we got into a room it was 345. When asked if they would do anything about the issues we had, was told because I booked through Booking that they couldn't do anything for me. The room we eventually got was clean just not accessible, so I couldn't have a shower in the morning.
