We liked the layout and sized of the room.
Nothing I did not like. I’d recommend a lock on the bathroom doors for those rooms with multiple beds as those are usually reserved for multiple people use, whether friends or families - this would prevent accidental intrusions. Loved the facility!

The Drury Plaza Hotel Broadway is a gem. It has that “grand” feeling when you walk in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a roadside room on the second floor and didn’t notice much noise. You can hear the church bells a few blocks away. We enjoyed the evening Kick Back buffet and found the food choices plentiful. Breakfast was included with our reservation and we thoroughly enjoyed waffles, pancakes, biscuits, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt coffee and juice. All our interactions with staff were very pleasant.
Access to rooms, elevators and parking garage require your key card so we felt safe. There are homeless people in the downtown area - just something to be aware of.

Breakfast was very good, and we appreciated the 3 free drinks and snacks available in the evening. It was a lovely stay, and very easy to get to the KRWA conference

The staff was very friendly. Everyone we came across was very hospitable. The buffet was very good.

The room itself was nice. Very happy with the large bathtub since the jacuzzi was packed with people.
We were happy we didn't have to utilize the refrigerator since it wasn't cold. Very disappointed with the quality of the breakfast - ended up going out to eat for breakfast. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were packed with people (mostly kids), all evening up until 10pm (close), so we didn't get to utilize the pool or jacuzzi either.

Breakfast always good, and location is great! Great parking , I felt safe. They done great job keeping people that shouldn’t be there out . Need a key to get in and to use elevator i like !
Well was packed with people great! but I think should be policy for parents to control their kids. Kids running up and down halls screaming.tried to use elevator kids joy riding up and down .

The Drury Plaza Hotel has a great past and celebrated it's 100th birthday this past year. We really loved the staff and especially Mr Costello who worked in the restaurant. He sang and entertained everyone in a cheerful way which made it seem like it was finally Christmas for my wife and I. Another worker at the restaurant suggested a shop to go to while in Wichita which was one of the highlights of our day.
The food and drinks were really good at the Drury. The location was near everything we wanted to see and we actually had a small walk along the river. The next day we walked to the central market area to go to a museum and to eat lunch.
We really loved the elegance of the Drury and it's old world appeal. If we ever come through Wichita again we shall stay at the Drury.
A few more options in the restaurant would be fine. All was good.
