Could have been a little cleaner.. No hot water. We took cold showers

The location was perfect. It was less than 20 min drive to pretty much everything in Kansas City. The room was perfect. The bed very comfortable. Loads of hot water. Big screen TV. Heated pool. Fantastic breakfast. The staff was awesome.

Nothing.

I was disappointed to find there was no hot tub.

Neat and clean, staff was friendly.

I had a room across from the Burger King drive thru and could hear people loudly order there food on the speaker.

The fact that I got this hotel because of the indoor pool but the heater was broken if I would have known that I would of booked somewhere else

The toilet kept clogging up and my husband had to go get a plunger and plunge it himself! The locks where on the outside of the bathroom door, we had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with our luggage when we left because the elevator wasn't working. Almost 1000.00 bucks and this is what we got!!!!!😠😠😠😠

Very Dirty inside and outside , parking lot full of crashed auction vehicles on tow dollys and in motel parking spots trash all over outside , construction workers drunk and stumbling around drinking and smoking in parking lot and this was during the day before noon!

They bumped up our price even though our price said it was cheaper than their price was. Our pullout bed didnt have any bedding in the room, and when i went to get some the guy didnt understand what i was requesting. The food was cold, hard and nasty, my room smelt so bad of cig smoke. I can't believe how much they charhed us for these rooms. We have been coming to this location for 15 yrs. And this is by far the worst experience we have ever had.

I liked that the pool was open, a lot of hotels haven’t been having their pool open. I also liked the bed, it was comfy for the price of the hotel.

The breakfast was mediocre. Internet was terrible, I know I shouldn’t expect much from a hotel but man was this hit or miss. Elevator was a little daunting too, seemed like it just didn’t want to budge some times .

Short distance to destinations.

Hair dryer didn't work, beds were not comfy, looked like a used car lot, and lots of in tow vehicles, Couldn't find parking. No entrances other than front. Breakfast first morning was gravy and toast. It was so hot when the breakfast was decent , on our 4th day with actual food out, that you couldn't sit down there. I'm talking sweat in the humidity hot (90s) Had to ask for towels at the pool each time we went. Our refrigerator didn't stay cold so our food spoiled 🙄 no ventilation in rooms , condensation all over after one shower. One elevator , you had to death punch to get to work. Just all around shady and not great.

Location was very close to Worlds of Fun.

The pool was disgusting-water was very dirty and cloudy we couldn't even see our feet at the bottom. I could see mucus floating in the water. I don't think the skimmers were working properly. The pillows were uncomfortable. The grout in the tile in the bathroom was all broken and missing chunks. There was a dirty broken AC unit laying at the end of the hallway that we were on (2nd floor). The breakfast area on day 2 of our stay was dirty and not kept up on like day 1 was.

the lady who ended up helping and fixing the mistake is the only reason I’m giving any type of good review. she was very understanding and sweet and she wasn’t even the one who was there during the mess up

when we first got there for early check in they didn’t have the room ready and told us to come back at one but charged my card. when we came back at one they had allowed three other people to check into one of the rooms under my name without informing me or anything and then because they let them check into the room that was ready the other room was not clean and we had to wait. after that they had charged my card four times. the owner said we’d get a discount and he’d make it right but he charged us for everything even after the 30 minutes of having to prove on my bank statement that they did indeed charge my card. we were there for my bachelorette and bachelor party and the weekend started horribly. they had let three people check in who were not supposed to be there or in the room, I was over charged, we had to wait three extra hours for our rooms and then when we did come at the time they said had to wait an additional 40 minutes.
