Hallways smelled like cigarettes smoke even though we were in non smoking room pool said was open but wasn't

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. There are a lot of dining options in the area of the hotel, and there were some covered parking spots..

clean and good location

The room smelled like marijuana…thought I would get a contact high it was so bad. It did get better after running the air…or I just became nose blind. Wouldn’t have been an issue if I didn’t have my kids and infant with me.

Front desk person rude. Didn't give information over phone correct. Charged more money when I arrive. Argumentive. Unprofessional

It wasn’t much I liked honestly but the woman at the front desk was so sweet and kind when I was checking in.

It was a issue with the hot water and hotel itself needs an upgrade. The room wasn’t all that clean either. last time I stayed here I was told when checking out it was ashes in the window seal but really the cleaning staff didn’t clean good right there because it was mixed with dust and dirt. the rag on the picture came from the window seal that I cleaned.

I was a little disappointed with the room, the lighting was less then needed, dingy but clean The bathroom needed hot water.

Put in better lighting and increase hot water

The hotel was just very outdated. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work to great and was VERY noisy.

Broken bathroom door, one of my towels wasn’t clean. The room door didn’t work great with my card.

My room had a mice and it was not clean. The lady at the front desk overcharge me.
