The room was set up in such a manner and service was provided in such a manner that there was no reason at all for any complaints to arise.

I was hoping for some fruit at the breakfast table but none was provided. The items available were sub nutritious.

Staff was nice. Refrigerator kept food nice and cold.

Bathroom fan didn’t work. Entry light into room didn’t work. TV could have been larger. Room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom. For breakfast, they had biscuits and eggs but no meat or cheese for it. Just because your beliefs do not allow you to eat meat shouldn’t be forced on your customers…your business is to serve the public and make them comfortable.

It was close to family.

Free breakfast was awful. Worst selection ever. On Saturday, they made the front desk clerk responsibility to clean and refill the breakfast bar, which she clearly did not have the time to do.

The staff was all very kind. They offered more towels and cleaned regularly. I think they were working with a low budget and doing the best they could with limited amounts of money. The fridge was large and our room had a heater/air conditioning if needed.

The options at breakfast were incredibly sparse, there was no protein at breakfast except very cheaply made eggs. The room and building got incredibly cold. The side doors were left wide open from 5 pm to 9 pm (no one checked them), so anyone could have walked in unmonitored. The sheets had a few stains and holes in them. The mattresses were very old, and you could still feel the springs in them. We were warned first thing to move our car to the side so security cameras could see them. This made me feel like the location was not entirely safe. The location was close enough to where we needed to go, but overall incredibly underwhelming and often didn't have the amenities we needed.

It was very clean. When gentlemen checked us in he was nice. Room and bed was comfy.

No elevator, bathroom was small. Had to wait for the staff. I fell on the curb when dropping off the key at check-out, and there was no one at the desk at check-in or out. All the doors were open on the main floor due to a virus in the area, it was freezing. Not a lot of food options in the area.

The room and lobby were very clean. The beds were comfortable.
