Great location, very clean. Staff were all friendly.

If I have to say something negative it's the pillows. Too soft but no different than most hotels lol.

Location. Area was a little run down and no family friendly restaurants within walking distance.

Very clean, good offerings at breakfast, very comfortable bed.

Did not have a signal to watch the television. My room was across from the elevator-very noisy.

The room was comfortable and.the breakfast was adequate. The location was convenient to major traffic arteries.

The neighborhood was run down. The desk clerk at check-in didn't know there was a fitness center.

Grumpy receptionist when we checked in. No smile or effort. Noisy airconditioning in the room. Light coming under the blackout curtains as the other curtains didn’t close.

The room was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy even at a late hour. The staff were very nice and quick to help. Shower temperature and pressure was great.

The WiFi was not great and unusable at some points. The breakfast was smaller than I expected and there were some areas that were sticky.

The room and hallway were clean. Breakfast was impressive, nothing fantasy but the taste was beyond expectation.

No wardrobe or clothing rack in the room. The toilet in our room had a problem on the first flush but it spontaneously resolved itself.

It would have been if there was a carpet in the bathroom since the floor was very cold.

The first room assigned had dead bugs in the bed. I was given the opportunity to check another and the bed had yellow stained sheets. Then, settled on a third room.

It wasn’t clean, in the bathroom there still where a empty water bottle from the previous guests. Also, the shower was dull of hair. All night were people outside screaming and slamming doors

The room was Very dirty, hair everywhere on sheets and in shower, towels and rags dirty with stains, bugs on the pillow, dirt on sheets, receptionist did not give me a receipt, did not let me know breakfast times, internet in the room was horrible, cable did not work, everything was overall horrible. I wish I could get my money back.

The location was good, the bed was comfy, and the staff were friendly. At this price point it’s all you could ask for.

Unfortunately we stayed there while a bunch of kids/middle schoolers were there on some sort of school trip. They were loud and obnoxious and ran back and forth through the hallways. Not at all the fault of the hotel and staff. Just circumstance.

How clean it was. The room was very nice.

The front desk accused my roommates stealing stuff in which they didn't. The front desk denying another night's stay cause of the so called stealing stuff. The front desk's attitude, very rude.
