close to where we needed to be. The staff was great.

I booked a quadruple room, the listing said a king room, and a queen room. we ended up with 2 rooms only and when I called the front desk she said it was correct. very disappointed in that. we stayed before and got a quadruple room and it had the two bedrooms and a living room and bathroom.

over charged for our 10 lb dog. $55 without any notice of this when I originally booked. will not return at the current prices

Shower head didn't have good pressure. Pillows weren't too comfy I had a neck ache each morning. Didn't feel we had enough shampoo and conditioner I ended up buying my own

Place looks old and tired. Carpets ripped, corner protectors in room falling off etc. I was upset I had to pay $50.00 American to stay with my 20pound dog for one night! That is ridiculous, $20.00 tops if there has to be a charge!

The pool area was nice. The breakfast was great and the staff was super nice

Our room had no hot water. They did offer for us to switch our room but we already unpacked everything and we only stayed for one night so it wasn’t terrible. Just unexpected. Be prepared to carry all your luggage up stairs if your room is on the second floor!

The bed was comfortable. Great central location for shopping.

The food for breakfast was cold. The room was never cleaned during my stay. Bed not made or trash taken out.

The safty outside at night was terrible man looking bottom windows and cars no police called

Back door did not close or lock. The door ro the adjoining room did not lock.

We arrived early afternoon and knew we wouldn't be able to get into our room but we were given the option of first or second floor, as they didn't have elevators. They gave us suggestions of places to visit and directions while we waited. Great location for all activities and places to visit. Excellent breakfasts, with plenty of tables, constantly refilling when food ran low. Great indoor pool area, where you could relax after an active day. Very clean, we so enjoyed.

we like the pool and the breakfast. the location is nice as well; close to a lot. we liked the big bathtub and the king bed. there was always coffee and water in the lobby.

it was a little dirty. it was very dusty. my husband and I had a allergic reaction to the dust which caused very poor sleeping conditions. things in the room were damaged before us. the breakfast was cleaned up prior to the end of it (time wise) on the second day we were there.

I liked the proximity to our destination. The beach.

Our room was dated. The furniture was pretty scratched up and dated. The mini fridge didn’t cook anything properly. And then at 8:30am we lost all water and couldn’t shower, wash hands, or even flush the toilet

Check in was easy and pool was open late.

Beds could have been softer, Bathroom door couldn't close all the way otherwise you couldn't open it. Cleaners knocked on door several times at 915 am to clean. Check out was not until 11 am.

Breakfast was good, food was replenished quickly. Hotel was clean, they did accommodate my need for a first floor room as requested. Close to many restaurants and things to do. Mall is down the street, waterpark next door, bar/restaurant and bob evans within walking distance. Traveling with dogs, plenty of places to walk your dog.

Parking was a little tight, plenty of handicapped spaces but alot of high curbs to step up onto. My husband is disabled and had a hard time getting in and out. They have a ramp, but you need to walk to the end of the hotel to access it.

I thought this place was absolutely disgusting and I’m surprised it has such decent ratings. Outside of everything in the place being outdated and wrecked from obvious years and years of wear and tear by guests, the room we stayed in was horrendous. I walked in to stains on the carpet, a busted lamp and 2 beds with sheets full of someone else’s tiny hairs. My bed had what looked to be like possibly mascara stains on the sheets as well. I had to change all of the bedding, only to find the mattresses underneath badly stained. The bathroom surfaces all seemed pretty clean, except for the hairs everywhere. I was so grossed out that I didn’t even want to stay in the hotel any longer at that point. I had a young child who had been at splash lagoon all day that just wanted to go to sleep, so we reluctantly stayed. I was so disappointed at the overall appearance and cleanliness of this faculty. It desperately needs a facelift and WAY better cleaning.
