1/2 gap under the door. No trash can in the room. Was told they needed to buy more because people kept stealing them. Paint splatters all over the floor from careless renovation. Latch on door but nothing to attach it to. Uncomfortable Atmosphere.

There was bugs everywhere. Roaches to be exactly. We had to leave and left the key in the room. They need to work on their bug problem.

No continental breakfast. Pool could not be used. Was told I’d be refunded for the last 2 nights because My family checked out early. I never got my refund and never got a receipt. I call constantly and no one seems to be able to handle either issue.

as soon as I walked into the room I saw cockroaches. I had to kill three in the bathroom alone! and four in the room.

The location was excellent. Parking was crowded.

Booked in booking.comm for a double bed and they put me in a single once I arrived saying that is all they had available.

the pool was nice and deep.

first the key didn’t work so I went back to the lobby for that. then used the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. looked on the wall and there were roaches on it. so I left.

I did NOT like anything about the property

EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE! Staff was rude, they did not put me in the room I booked for, the room they placed me in had old food and opened beers in the fridge when my family and I arrived. There were bedbugs biting me and my children causing us to wake out of our sleep around 1:30 am and check out in the middle of the night. I was told by staff that they would refund my money which I haven’t received yet and I paid cash at check in.
