Bed was comfortable, location is perfect close to my kids.

breakfast was not good..., room could have been cleaned better, I am a housekeeper, so I know to bring my own stuff to clean with. staff, This could be such a nice hotel with a little maintenance and TLC>

sink was broken and sitting inside the cabinet!!!! unusable. switched rooms and that toilet seat was so loose it couldn’t just fallen off with one sit.

I got charged twice for a single room. One was canceled at facility and that the funds would be put back in my account within 5 business days. The funds have not been returned to my account even with a conformation number

The coffee was terrible. No napkins in the breakfast area. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. Clock didn't work.The ottoman in the room had 3 legs.

Wesley was awesome, he answered any questions we had and was extremely professional. You have a very dedicated and valuable employee.

We drove over 18 hours to get there. when I got there I was informed the booking was cancelled because they tried to run the wrong card (before I even showed up at the property). we got there around 9pm - there was no reason to run the card because I was within the window to check in. Then he charged me more than my reservation was, mumbling something about “local something or other”, I couldn’t understand him. THEN he charged me a $50 deposit that there is NOTHING on Booking.com about a deposit if you’re paying cash. And he wanted to argue with me about that. Had I not just driven 18 hours, I would have argued about that, and about being charged over what Booking.com said the amount would be, but honestly, I just wanted to get into a room & sleep. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and I have NEVER had these issues. All the girls who worked the front desk, & the housekeeping staff, were great but we won’t be staying there again.
