1. Café da manhã deixa a desejar. 2Funcionária da limpeza rude. Bateu na porta para entrar, disse que precisava de alguns minutos e mesmo assim entrou. Eu ainda estava me vestindo, o que foi bem inadequado. 3. Além disso, no primeiro dia, no check in, me colocaram primeiro em um quarto com a maçaneta com problema, trocaram de quarto e mais uma vez a chave não funcionava… Fiquei indo e voltando com mala pesada do meu quarto até a recepção para resolver essas questões e até conseguir uma chave que abrisse a porta. 4. A funcionária do domingo à noite, durante o check in, me informou o horário do café da manhã errado. Ainda bem que fiquei apenas as primeiras duas noites neste hotel e depois fui para outro onde fui muito bem atendida pelos funcionários.

I liked the king bed; it was very comfortable. I also liked the pool, it was clean and a good temperature.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room (the bed had trash in it so I had to get new sheets, etc. and the floor made my feet black). The toilet didn't flush, the sink hardly worked, and the coffee maker didn't work at all. The washer and dryer are from the 90s needing $2.50 and $3.50 in quarters! The washer and dryer room on the 2nd floor (with an ice machine and drink machine) was very nasty and dirty

Convenient to food and stores.Easy access to anything you need.

Our rooms were very clean. The staff was pleasant.

The grounds and exterior of the facility were poor. Tiles were missing from the pool, the pool area was littered with food debris and ants were everywhere. The breakfast was edible but nothing to write home about. The smell of Marijuana was everywhere around the pool. We could not use the pool area with our grandchildren. We did not feel particularly safe.

Convenient location if you need to go to the Coliseum/Convention Center or outlets. Comfortable bed.

The a/c unit was leaking but not to the outside like usually but the inside under the floors. So once you step on the floor next to ac, the pool of water will appear. The whole room smelled like a swamp probably because of this leak. Sink was clogged, toilet didn't flush properly. Cleanliness can be better: we had so many long black hairs around uughh. Keys didn't work after one time you use it. Breakfast.. well if you like the cereal and powdered eggs there will be no problem. But for us it technically meant no breakfast, watery coffee. For the amount we paid the quality (which is in the name of the motel) did not meet our expectations.

There was no variety for breakfast. All week long it was chip beef and I don't eat beef. My TV didn't work in my room I immediately informed the front desk after I checked in. The person working told me someone will be up to my room by 430 at 445 I went down and asked to be switched to a different room since no one came. Let me remind you I was in the room from 3 15 pm until 5 pm I took a shower before leaving. Later that night they gave the room to someone else without cleaning it

Room was nasty,smelled Like urine..refrigerator had mold and rust all in it.constant on lookers.,not safe..stayed 1 hr and couldn't get a penny back. Towels were rags,door wouldn't stay shut tight..

It's a nasty.
