The hotel is very close to the Dakota Square mall. The room was large. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles in addition to other options). There were real coffee mugs available for morning coffee instead of just paper cups. And the coffee was excellent! The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The price was extremely reasonable. Very good value for the money.

There is no elevator but it is only five steps up to the second floor and the hotel staff carried our bags upstairs for us which was very helpful and much appreciated. It would have been nice to have a small table and a couple of chairs to sit on in the room rather than just one large armchair. Hotel is non-smoking but there was smoke smell near lower level ice machine.

I liked one guy upon check in

the hot tub was broken they were understaffed we asked for towels and employee laughed in our face so I got my own I am 99 percent sure I left a prescription in the room took me 4 days to get a hold of the manger who called once and never again. we tried to upgrade our room I asked to hold one until morning when I could move some money around and they sold all the suites still would like to know if someone found my medication as I had to spend another $50 on a new one

Breakfast was impressive with real plates.

No elevator made getting large amount of items from the car to the room and back. Ground floor rooms accessible through outside doors, otherwise stairs are the only way to get to most of the rooms and the front desk/breakfast area.

Mold/mildew visible with smell, breakfast was ok. No fresh fruit options other than a couple bananas.

Revel Hotel Minot - SureStay Collection by Best Western Sat, Feb 25 – Sun, Feb 26 Horrible!!!! Zero hot water, zero heat in the room, dirty bathroom, mold in the shower, live music right outside our room until midnight, our "poolside room" was actually down the hall from the pool, horrible customer service that wouldn't remedy any of the problems, water stains on ceiling tiles, guest casting for TV didn't work. I need a full refund, that was a terrible experience that was supposed to be my husband and myself "romantic" weekend away. The no hot water and no heat was the worst part. Talked to front desk 3 times and nothing was fixed. I think a 100% refund is well deserved!!!

One morning the eggs had a green tinge to them, which was a bit unappealing. Stuck with waffles after that. Coffee in the lobby was good.

Please don't allow an employee in a hoody (pulled over his head) be the person who greets people checking in! Made me wonder what kind of hotel it was! Personally, I don't prefer Starbucks coffee in the room. There was remodeling work going on, which wasn't the greatest thing to have happening when trying to impress a bunch of KMOT Ag Expo vendors.

The staff were not very friendly, especially at the front desk. The free coffee in the foyer was always empty. The hotel was very noisy up to 3am in the morning. The water is in the hot tub was very cloudy (milky in colour) and did not look very hygiene. Access to our room was difficult as we had to walk around/or get other hotel guests sit on patio sets outside their rooms to move.
