The staff was understanding and courteous. The mattress was comfortable. The location was good for the purpose of our visit.

The maintenance and upkeep was very neglected. Clogged drains, loose doors and cabinets. The rooms had either a musty smell, pet smell, or itchy sheets.

Breakfast during the weekday was great, but ended to soon. We have sleepy teenagers so 10:30 would be a better cut off time. We loved all the meeting areas and were able to play games and enjoy the space altogether. Loved the room sizes and the kitchens!

Not much, double room was ok

Couch was stained and nasty, did not get the king room we booked. We got "upgraded" to a double bed. So for mine and my husbands anniversary we slept in seperate super uncomfortable full size beds. Bar was closed and pool was tiny. So disappointed in the whole stay

The price was good but know I know why.

The bed was quite hard. The stove and bathtub were both not very clean. No sponge or dishrag. Coffee pot was cracked and we ended up with coffee all over. The inner doors creaked so bad at kept us up. Asked for WD40 AND A NEW COFFEE POT, was told we would have maintenance in to fix them, had to go down when we got back to ask for them WD40, the coffee pot, some coffee and some clean towels. Said he would brng them up. And hour later, went down to get something from my car and told FD I would happily take the things we need up on my way back up. Got back in and he had three of the four ready, but forgot the coffee. It was on the little list with the stuff he gave me so I thought it was there. Nope, got to go back down and ask for ot again.the worst part, however, was receiving a note from the hotel saying they were replacing some shower partscthatt would be caulked in EVERY room and not one could shower for 24 hrs after. Are you even serious? Do they not understand how to schedule work around reservations? Why did they wait until the day before, after being there for two nights already, to inform us? We were on a road trip and needed to shower before check out. It is appalling that a hotel would schedule maintenance and rent the room on the same day. We were not happy campers and will never use this hotel again. AND the pool was disgusting.
