Not clean! The room stink! I told them multiple times for which they came sprayed and used “awesome” to clean but it still stank and they refuse to switch my room

Cleanliness

No internet and I was charged $91 additionally for no reason despite already paying online through booking.com. plus a security deposit of $60. I don't know yet if I've been paid back my $90 + $60

Housekeeping lady was nice

Shower had no hot water Towels were worn Pillows were old and lumpy Room was incredibly damp- clothes that were perfectly dry were wet by the end of the day just from being in the room WiFi was intermittent at best

Location was relatively close to local sites and transportation

Front Desk Staff were terribly rude and didn't even bother to try helping or giving decent customer service. Only the maids were nice enough to greet guests. Shower didn't even have a shower head, just a running open faucet. Place needs serious upgrades

Service was great. Both the gentlemen at the desk when I checked in and the lady at the desk when I checked out were very nice. Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Despite a semi-busy area, there was no issue with noise.

The room could have been a little fresher and repaired. That was my only complaint; a very small complaint.

Beds were super comfy. Heater blew nice and hot. TV had good channels.

Blanket wasn't the best. Pillows also werent rhe best. Other than that it was honestly fine

Booking.com mentions nothing of the $100 deposit taken at the Inn. Also, my booking confirmation wasn't able to be found when I tried checking in, so the Inn ended up charging me twice.
