Roomy rooms, with the amenities that are needed. All in all enjoyed my stay. I needed to check out a couple hours after posted time and was thankful for that.

Upon check in, I waited around 10 minutes for the front desk clerk on duty. Not really a big deal, but felt rushed during the check in process. There was a woman in a truck with Texas plates in the parking lot from morning to night. Was rather creepy. Hope she found a place to stay other than in that truck. Hotel staff should watch the back entrance for these instances. But maybe the hotel staff was aware and allowed her to stay out there. I was just a guest for one night so I do not know.

Location and amenities like coffee bar. Variety of restaurants and shopping less than 5 miles away.

Animals were a bit noisy throughout night and early morning.

Breakfast consisted of coffee and packaged muffins.

Everything very OLD, need updates. Sitting chairs really dirty and air condition very Noisy. You have to request kitchen ware, which were clean but old and excessively worn.

The way they charge you a security deposit . They don't let you talk and they basically yell on people . Besides that smells like urine all over . There is MOJO in the bathroom I was and is just a cold and dark hotel .

The only positive was the location, and the staff was friendly. I could tell she wanted to be helpful, and did all she could to help. It is only 5 minutes tops from the airport.

Just Don't Do It. The beds had someone else's long hairs all stuck in the sheets, dirty carpet, sticky remote, the beds were rock hard, I couldn't let any of my kids walk around without shoes on. The friendly staff gave us drinking cups, but they were extremely dirty. I couldn't let my 4 year old take a bath in the tub. I'm serious, this place is gross. Sketchy tweakers hanging out in the lobby. I'm far from high maintenance, and all we needed was a place to lay our heads before we caught our early morning flight, so I booked this place thinking it would be adequate enough for that...I was wrong. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for cleanliness and comfort.

there was blood on the floor, trash, stains everywhere. the person at the front desk was shaking and seemed to be on drugs. I stayed 15 minutes and left bc I was scared for my safety and it was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever entered.

They cancelled my reservation that I made a year ago and tried to send us miles away. We drove 12 hours and had no accommodations Terrible service

Hotel did charge 100 dollars deposit without damage. Did not respond on mail for three days, also no refund for three days
