Clean and comfortable room.

Wish they had coffee pots in room, never saw a maid or received clean towels, overall experience was good.

Room was run down. holes in wall. was not clean . shower and towel rodes falling off wall. was not worth the price.

There is literally NOTHING to like about this place.

We are from Arkansas and visited Daytona FL for the Daytona 500 NASCAR Race. They obviously HIKED up the room rate to take advantage of people visiting for this event. I can understand if it even resembled a hotel but honestly. I would have felt more comfortable pitching a tent in the yard, a lot cleaner too! I can't even describe how NASTY this place is, and falling a part, no bathroom light, they must have painted the bathtub because it was peeling off, it smelled disgusting, we had to purchase some disinfectant spray to use. You know those places you can rent for a week for $35.00, yeah! That's what this is, but those are probably kept up better than this place. The owner apparently lives in the office and you can't go in. You have to do your transaction from the front door behind a glass partition. They had the gall to charge us $280 for the night, where if you paid $50 a night any other time would still be an over charge!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! It makes you feel filthy dirty! I feel like suing them for a refund, so dishonest!

They stole money from us. The reservation was fully paid for and they still cashed a check that they were not supposed to cash.

as you got off the I95 it was right there you did not had to travel to get to it.

very secluded, room smelled like cigarettes even though I requested a non smoking room. price could of been a bit better for the quality. yes you can spend the night but it’s not even a 3 star hotel to my experience. No I would not go back.
